Vi fløj sidste år til Indien med Qatarairways og top service. Vi bestilte flybillet via deres hjemmeside og efter et minut have vi fået vores e-ticket og kunne vælge sæde og vælge speciel mad.. Det var super god oplevelse og rigtig god mad... Jeg synes at der var mere end rigeligt mad på bakken, hvor der også var forret, hovedret og dessert på Economy-class... Billetten var også meget billigt, som på deres hjemmeside ( billigere end søgemaskiner og bestilte 3 mdr. før) ... god kundeservice. Du kan melde dig gratis i deres bonus program som giver dig gode bonusser... Kan kun anbefale dem :-) Vi skal flyve igen til sommer med dem og glæder mig til turen :-)

I think Qatar Air is one of the best companies I met.
Even in Economy the service is perfect, the seats are wide and spacy, the food is above average. Entertainment is #1 no doubt.
Long flights are better taken with good company.

Think it is the best airline I've flown with. Great service and great food. The breakfast is absolutely superb :-)
Last but not least, the prices are currently the best in Denmark.

qatar airlines is economic now a days

qatar airlines has become very economic now a days. earlier it was to expensive to travel from copenhagen to India. Now the prices are very low and service si also very good.good

Gratis sædereservation

Jeg har ikke købt flybillet direkte hos Qatar Airways, men jeg blev positivt overrasket over den nemme og gratis sædereservation, som man kan få adgang til via flyselskabets hjemmeside. Jeg glæder mig rigtig meget til at skulle flyve med Qatar Airways. Underholdningen ombord på flyene virker meget lovende! - Jeg håber, at Qatar Airways vil leve op til mine forventninger.

OPDATERING 30/10-2012:
Jeg vendte hjem fra ferie for to dage siden med Qatar Airways. Jeg har været meget tilfreds. Det er gode fly, udmærket personale og på 3 ud af 4 fly havde jeg min egen skærm, hvor jeg selv kunne vælge underholdning.

Love the airline, but don't use their Copenhagen office

Qatar Airways provides a premium service at an affordable price.
Unfortunately their supervisor at the Copenhagen office doesn't know what service means. I mailed them a request for a flight at a specific rate/date and instead of getting and nice reply with an alternative routing/price I got a reply that in short said: that if I didn't have the money to book the flight on that day I spotted the price/option I could always call them an arrange for a payment solution.
After doing so searching in their flights I found almost the same flight but with 27 hours transit instead of 23hours at the same price. Any good ticket agent should have offered such a solution instead of an insult.
And when I commented on their way of replying I was told their "tell us"-deparment would look into the matter - unfortunately I never heard from them.
Sad to see a good airline drawn down by poor service :(

No 1 Airlines in the world

It's the no 1 airlines in the world , where they care about all details from the time you book , until you collect your luggage.

I have been flying QR for the last five years and never thought of flying any other airlines.

My last flight was QR77 from Doha to Houston TX June 19th.
It was excellent by all meanings , the crew so friendly and accommodating smiling all the time , I did not feel the 15:45 hours flight , the aircraft B777-200 was new.

I really like travelling Qatar airways.

Best airline ever 5Star

Used Qatar airways 1st time to go Pakistan in November and find them excellent. Customer service excellent and staff very helpful and polite. It was new plane, entertainment system was excellent lot of choices to watch.
Definitely use them again.

Best airlines ever!

Booked tickets to go to Thailand a few years ago when they were running a promo! Ended up costing ONLY £360 return to Thailand which was an AMAZING price! Their checkout service was fast, quick and straight to the point, ai could even select my seats as well!

What really made this an awseome journey though was teh actual plane journey! The seat and space was spacious, food was decent but the service was exceptional! Alway helpful and wanting to help and were constanly bring food out :) The plane trip from Qatar to Bankgog and viceversa was practically empty which meant we each got a row to ourselves!

Oh and the holiday was the BEST EVER! :)

Excellent airline

I regularly fly with Qatar and I have only ever been impressed with the quality of the fleet and the polite and helpful attitude displayed by their staff.

Ma 4 stelle e 1/2 non si possono dare?

Ammetto che il mio voto è veramente in bilico fra le 4 e le 5 stelle.

Servizio a terra e a bordo impeccabile, qualità degli aerei, pulizia e comfort di bordo superiori alla norma, puntualità e assistenza ai viaggiatori da ritenere fra i migliori (come in passato poteva essere la Royal Thai).

Unico neo è rappresentato dai continui controlli della carta di credito che, qualora per un qualsiasi motivo dovesse essere smarrita o rubata o accidentalmente dimenticata, creerebbe l'impossibilità d'imbarco. Ho avuto il terrore che questo si stesse verificando a noi. Poi, per fortuna la carta ce l'aveva mio marito! In quella circostanza il personale di assistenza a terra ha dimostrato poca flessibilità e poca pazienza!

Ottima compagnia, forse poco vario l'intrattenimento a bordo e strana policy su carta di credito.

Ho utilizzato Qatar per recarmi in Indonesia circa un mese fa.

Il servizio è veramente notevole e il prezzo ottimo per i comfort offerti.

Il personale di terra e di bordo è sempre estremamente gentile e disponibile, al momento dell'imbarco ho segnalato di essere in possesso di insulina, in quanto diabetico.
La ragazza al banco, ha preallertato la sicurezza dell'aeroporto sia per l'andata che per il ritorno e mi hanno fatto saltare tutte le code.

E' possibile mangiare e bere senza limiti qualsiasi cosa, per quanto mi riguarda ho bevuto 2 birre da 33, senza che mi fosse richiesto il pagamento di nulla!
Solitamente su altre compagnie mi è stato richiesto un extra in caso si richieda birra.

Il transito nel Quatar è stato facile e senza incomprensioni, in quanto, diverso colore di carta di imbarco, corrisponde a diverso terminal, confondersi è veramente impossibile.

Episodio antipatico è che il mio sistema di intrattenimento manifestava strani comportamenti, il personale si bordo si è prodigato per cambiarmi di posto, ma l'aereo era tutto pieno, business class compresa.. :(

Unica cosa che mi risulta incomprensibile, è per quale motivo abbiano verificato sia all'andata che al ritorno la carta di credito utilizzata per la prenotazione, pena mancato imbarco.

La cosa è segnalata ampiamente sul loro sito al momento della prenotazione,ma per me è comunque incomprensibile, in caso avessi avuto una disavventura e fossi stato rapinato durante le mie vacanze non sarei potuto tornare a casa.

Det bedste flyselskab jeg nogensinde har fløjet med.
Komforten er god, maden er ikke god god, men den bedste jeg har fået i et fly. Kabinepersonalet er hjælpsomme og lufthaven i Doha gør at selskabet får en 5 stjerne.

Ingen problemer alt forløb som det skulle!

Ikke så meget at sige bestilt en rejse via deres hjemmeside og fik en bekræftigelse samt billetter. Online check-in fungerede også upåklageligt, hvilket kan anbefale da man så slipper for at stå i kø i lufthavnen da man kan benytte deres "internet counter" (fast bag drop) i flyene har de god mad og et god underholdningssystemet med en masse nye film du selv kan vælge imellem.

Billige billetter, super komfort

Skulle til Indien i 2 uger i december og var så heldig at finde billetter tur/retur til ca. DKK 3500.

Ift. SAS, Lufthansa og airberlin, som jeg har fløjet længere ture med, så var der lige de nødvendige ekstra cm. til knæene, der er sparet væk hos de andre. Derudover havde hver enkelt passager sit eget underholdningssystem, der var med til at få turen til at føles lidt kortere.

Eneste lille ridse i den samlede oplevelse er den manglende mulighed for i alle tilfælde at få sit boardingpass online. Man kan godt checke ind online, men man skal hente sit boardingpass ved en skranke i lufthavnen - ikke et problem i CPH, men i Delhi...

Den 5. stjerne blev dog sikret med komfortniveauet - det bedste jeg endnu har oplevet!
