The roll had a deep gash in it which meant removing and throwing away 15 metres or so of the roll as unusable. Very disappointing.

simple easy to use service
stumbled on rajapack due to a pop up ad online.couldnt have been more greatful,was organising party bags for an important event.
ordered before 4pm fri,received mon as advised.
only minor criticism is would have loved to have received sat,but to be fair the website was very clear it would arrive mon and it did,cant say fairer than that
didnt leave me a lot of time to fill the bags and i was sweating a bit incase they were in the1% that wasnt next day bt thats my fault and now i know about rajapack i can order earlier as eacjh of my events unfold

Shocking disappointment
I used Rajapack in the past for postage boxes for books. The service and product was adequate, although they were messy because all the fragments created when cutting the cardboard were packed with the goods! Anyway, the product did the job so I put an another order for 250 more. The cost seemed pricey at £209 (including packing tape and pistol grip dispenser). Next day I received a call to say Rajapack's couriers quoted an additional £50+ to deliver to my office in the Isles of Scilly. As you can imagine, we have a well worked out system in Scilly (with the Isles of [External reference removed]) that all islanders use and this involves delivering to the [External reference removed]. There is no need for a £50+ 'surcharge'. Anyway, I tried to explain this to the customer services man who 'phoned me, but he was intransigent and said they had to follow the advice of their couriers. I tried to explain in a nice way that surely residents of Scilly would know better than some courier company. There are thousands of us and we make purchases of this sort on a regular basis. There was no budging the customer services man who, frankly, I felt was finding the call with me a nuisance, and he didn't seem at all bothered when I said I wasn't prepared to pay the extra £50 and would like to cancel the order. Next day I made the same order with [External reference removed]. The products were £24 cheaper and there was no problem in sending the products via the [External reference removed]. The products arrived within 3 days, and there were no messy fragments to clean up either! Rajapak need to buck up their ideas with companies like [External reference removed]around.

Beautiful gift bag comes to the rescue of wedding reception!
I was looking for gift bags for my son's wedding. We are giving each guest a beautifully wrapped greek cookie as per the greek tradition as well as chocolate and we wanted a nice gift bag for ease of carry. Looked at various websites on the internet and the ones from your company matched the ones I wanted in colour choice and required size. Placed the order and they were delivered the very next day. Good product range and service
I like the broad product range, good quality o product and ease of use of the web-site. Customer service is generally very good. Orders are confirmed by phone, delivery is as promised. My only issue is that prices seem a bit on the high side.

Brilliant company to use and so competitive!
Found Rajapack online about 3 weeks and so glad I did. The price of my product was so much less than all other companies I was looking at. Delivery time was next day on both times of using them.....great stuff. I've now had a £20 off voucher come in the post to use on my next purchase! efficient delivery, but expensive and not a very good product
We assumed that all book packaging on sale by Rajapack would be vetted to work well, so chose the cheapest. However it's really not very good at all, and drastically inferior to any we've used before.
I would suggest careful selection of products before purchase - don't assume that they're all good.

Old Fasioned customer service, as it used to be
I ordered metallic tape strip by Internet, found it was the wrong one, then phoned to see if anything could be done to change my order. Got a prompt call back from customer services who sorted it out without fuss.
When item arrived it was slightly less than advertised, but again customer service sent a replacement free of charge. Excellent service, I'll definitely recommend and use again.

Great boxing solutions!
