saved time and money / was fun to work with
We saved a lot of time and money using Remove The Background (RTB). For us as non-techies operating a website with many pictures (we sell roses through the internet) the offer is just perfect.
At the time I wrote this review RTB was still a startup so there were some miner bumps occasionally. But I had a personal response to any of my emails within hours and everything was resolved to my entire satisfaction.
In short: I can fully recommend RTM. They do a great job and they are fun to work with.

Good customer service, personal contact.
I sent an extremely difficult photo to have the background removed. This was one I had already knocked myself out on in Photoshop, with very middling results (note: I am a PS newbie). I was told the photos would be ready in 24 hours. When they weren't, I received an email letting me know the photos would be late, although the sender wasn't sure why (I was--it was a hellish job). Although the fees were very low, I was refunded my money anyway. The photo turned out about as well as I had been able to achieve on my own, but I was still impressed with the customer service and will use them again.

Quick, professional, courteous, outstanding work.
I was looking for a background removal company online, and found Remove the Background. What an awesome find! There rates are very reasonable, and their service is excellent. I had problems uploading photos, and they immediately helped me to get them uploaded. I did try another background removal company before trying Remove the Background, however, their price was 4 times higher!

The best cut of partner you can get

They do good work!
I'm very happy with the images that Remove The Background has worked with. They were even able to remove a black background from photos of silver jewelry with thin chains. The turnaround is very fast, less than 72 hours in some cases and the price is fair. I never knew how people created photos on stark white backgrounds (especially of silver jewelry). Now I know one way they do it. I like the fact that payment is via Paypal. I will continue to use Remove The Background on my images.

poor customer service
you stated 3 free images, 1 got 1, and then on my account I have a balance of $0.95, I sent about 3 e mails with no reply, your customer service is terrible, I would only use again if your customer service was better.

Thank you very much for your review. I found two emails from you in my spam folder, so I am very sorry we have not responded to your emails. Maybe it has to do with the "sender name" on your emails, but anyhow, this is our fault.
I have updated your image to a free trial and you will receive it tomorrow. Also plaese let me know if you upload one more and I will update it as well (your email is whitelisted now!).
Our website is still in beta and right now you have to upload all 3 free trial images at one time to receive the free trial. However we are always willing to make 3 product images for free.

Quick, easy and inexpensive
The headline pretty much sums it up. I wasn't 100 % satisfied with the quality of the background removal. My bottles were not as symmetric after the cropping as I would have liked. But they were good enough to use for my purpose, and I was very impressed with the processing speed and the ease of using the website.

Remove The Background provides an awesome service at the lowest price I've ever seen. They are very responsive to emails and complete projects within 24 hours. I was recommended to work with REMOVE THE BACKGROUND by staff at AMAZON.com At first I kept trying to remove the background my self on my images however learned that my hand skill and patience is nimble after a full day of work at another job. AMAZON kept saying go to REMOVE THE BACKGROUND...they just forgot to add the internet extension at the end of the URL address name: REMOVETHEBACKGROUND.com This is a great service and saves me time since I am a intermediate user of photoshop.
