Great for noisy neighbours

Rightmove is a cracking website for people looking to buy, sell or just be noisy! I use it all the time, because it just seems to have more listings than all the other property websites.

Great for being nosey!

I've only ever moved 3 times in my life, but I'm on Rightmove all the time. I might even be an addict! I just love using it to nose on my neighbours. I check what house prices are and look at the photos of peoples houses. I know I don't use it for the "Right" reasons, but I still think it's a great website (much better than PrimeLocation and FindAProperty).

Have found this site helpful when looking for a house purchase for either myself or friend or family member. Saves tramping around in and out of houses.

Rightchoice

Been looking at moving for last couple of years but not found what I'm looking for just yet. Rightmove make searching that much easier by informing me when a new property comes on the market in the area I'm searching, within my price range and without having to leave my chair. I can also view a street plan of the property to check on the surrounding area and also see how much the property was previously sold for and when.

Largest property website

I love Rightmove, it is so easy to browse and search for what you are looking for. Great that you can "save" properties for later and view inside. Really like floor plans too as it gives you a real sense of space.

Need a place?

I've used it often to keep track on housing prices as opportunities in my area and this is my favourite website to use for the purpose. Just don't send a message when you need something quick, call directly.

Yes I am nosy and love to know what the properties are going for in my area, its great too for seeing what is out there that is beyond our reach (someday maybe eh) easy to use and good clear images! Great property site all at the click of a button!

I'm addicted to this site. I love looking at property and this gives me my fix. I've found some amazing places on here - it's so useful. If I'm moving to a part of the country I don't know, I use their map search, which helps locate where the property is in relation to shops, main roads, etc.

What would you do without it

I cant imagine to buy a house without rightmove...its easy to use and you have every info you need to hand if you look for a house.

Add the propertybee firefox addon and this is a revolution in house hunting

Now we have zoopla for previous sold prices back to 1995 and by using rightmove with the propertybee firefox addon you can see a history of changes made to the property listing which can be very revealing!

The draw a search area function is fantastic too. Rightmove seems to have become so ubiquitous there is no need to search anywhere else when house hunting, it'll be on rightmove a day or two after it hits the market at most.

What if I'm not a 55 or 60 year old retiree?

That's all this company seems to try and sell, whether you're eligible or not. And while we're at it, why do 55+ folk pay so much less for their homes?

I wouldn't mind a 2 bed flat in Surrey for £80k? I don't play loud music or anything so what's with the discrimination? Might take this up with the courts...

Even E-Mailed 'em to say that I wasn't eligible for their 'Deal of the Week' and I still effing get them!

House hunting made easier

I use this website almost daily when looking for a new home. I would make of criticism I would love to search by drawing an area on the map or refining area's I would like to avoid (known hotspots for crime, or area's I know to be undesirable).
