Ritz-Carlton guest service is above and beyond.
I'll be trusting many future vacations to Ritz-Carlton hotels.
My stay at the San Juan hotel was extremely memorable! Not only was the purpose of the trip to celebrate an anniversary (memorable in and of itself) but the hotel's staff really bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed - including a surprise rose petal turn down and gift certificates for cocktails. The beach and pool areas were impeccable, the food was well thought out and delicious. Really, the only negative thing about the trip was that it had to end. If every Ritz-Carlton hotel is as accommodating as the San Juan property, you can bet my family will be visiting one again.

Lovely(st) places all over the world
I travel a lot all over the world. As often as its possible I book at a Ritz Carlton residence. The price is resonable because the quality is high and NEVER fails. My wife and I are looking foreward to 4 nights at Ritz Carlton Berlin very soon. :o)
