Not Happy!
We ordered an item from Selections on the internet on 24th July. We had an email stating it would take a week to arrive and We would receive an email when despatched. The email stating despatch had taken place came on 28th July. As yet we have not received the items.
This is taking far too long! Not impressed with the service. I had ordered other items from other companies after this and received them two days later.

Bit of a joke for a mail order company..!!..
I ordered an item for a 60th birthday present nearly 2 weeks before due date..its now a week after and i'm still waiting,tracking number isn't real,no communication back as yet, and to top it off,i paid an extortionate postage price to have sent to Ireland! What a joke! mail order companies need to actually SEND out the items paid for!!!

Very hit and miss.
I ordered goods just over a week ago.
Selections sent out a note to say my goods have been shipped but, as other users have reported, the tracking number is nothing but a work of fiction.
I have contacted their sales department but as yet have not had a response. Previous order arrived without problems.
Very hit and miss. Can't recommend - communication is poor.

I placed an order over a week ago and I don't have it or an explanation!!!!
I placed an order for weedkiller over a week ago and 2 days later I was sent an email telling me it had been despatched.
One week later I am still waiting and there is no tracking information. After phoning the tracking company I have been told that the item hasn't even been sent by selections yet so god only knows when I can expect it to arrive.
The company have not been in touch at all to tell me what has happened. I will never order from this company again and I would warn others about using them.
Exceptionally disappointed at the service.

Willow Wheelie bin Screen
I bought a Willow wheelie bin screen from Selections. It arrived promptly. Once opened and assembled it was clear the goods would require substantial modification to strengthen it as the design made for a very flimsy structure. Any mild wind would blow it over and easily cause damage. As supplied - it is not fit for purpose.

Service great, website poor
4 stars for great products at good prices, choice of delivery dates (for shed) and delivery ahead of time for another item (storage box), plus very quick arrival of smaller items (growbags/boxes etc) - but the website is poor by today's standards. Search facility is insufficiently refined, zoom is erratic, product information is inconsistent (e.g. some thumbnails show all dimensions, others show none for the alternative size of the same product), and in my view, this creates a negative impression of an otherwise very good company - and when you do business on line, that's a problem!
Would definitely recommend, but please review your www!

When I received my ordered of bird products, one of the items was wrong but they were quick to send the right item at no extra cost.I have used them before without any problems, so I would recommend.

Very considerate and professsional
I ordered 5 Raspberry and 5 Blackberry canes. One of the Raspberry canes was non existent and I complained. The replacement sent was actually 5 better Raspberry canes. Whether the Blackberry were originally "too small", I don't know. The replacements were sent by them at no cost to me and arrived very quickly. I would recommend them based on the handling of my order and the email advice I was given, but I would recommend that you need to be vigilent with the quality of what you order. I have given 5 stars because they are clearly trying very hard to be a 5 star highly recommended seller.

Great products, prices and service but watch what you are charged!
We ordered a number of items from Selections and were very pleased with everything we received. The two largest items were the large [2m] vegetable trough and the 6 piece table, chairs and parasol set. Both the trough and table required assembly but were really easy to do provided there were two people. The instructions could have been a little more detailed but, otherwise, great.
The only issue we had was what we were charged. We made the order on the Internet and received three separate emails confirming the price of the items. Two we were actually charge more for - one only £1 extra but the other £50 extra. Admittedly, I emailed to complain, had a fast response and the overcharges were refunded to my credit card.
I would, therefore, recommend Selections. There items are priced really well and we were more than happy with the quality of what we purchased. But, if you do use them, make sure you check what you are actually charged.

It was a pity!
Goods and delivery were on time but the antique medium pot and the bird-bath head unfortunatelly were all chipped and also some crumbles inside the box.
It is a shame as I could see it was well packaded. I did not send back as would not be worth it the postage price.I am not sure how this could be repaired. But it is a great shop!

Not sure the company has good ethics
I purchased a number of items from Selections. What arrived was fine and was promptly delivered. However, one item I ordered that complemented another product never arrived. It had been shown on the website as being out of stock but available in 14 days. I received an email from Selections stating that they could not obtain new stock. All very well but it was still being advertised as 'available in 14 days' on their website 5 days later. This is unfair to people who order the two products which should be used together to find they'll never receive one of them and will be left with something unusable.

Greenhouse bin seat
