The products for sale are exactly what you would buy from the many department stores but at realistic prices, I brought three bikinis’ (one was in the sale ) for less than I paid in the past for just one bikini, I will certainly use Simply Beach again and have told all my friends to take a look at the fabulous offers.

Fast, friendly and great products

I was apprehensive about buying swimwear online as I thought if things didn't fit it would just be too much hassle returning items and finding something that did. My first order worked out half great (sizes and fit not quite right) but what was easy was returning the items and switching them for other bits with the tear off form that was supplied. The company called to confirm things and the lady I spoke to was really bubbly and helpful - not my usual sales experience! Really happy and have some beautiful bits to take to St Barts in a few weeks. Happy days!

Excellent service

Ordered a lovely beach cover-up but had to exchange it for a larger size. Very fast turnaround and excellent communication. Would certainly use Simply Beach again.

Great fast service, lush product, very happy

Great bakini although a bit expensive, that said its great style but one that doesn't go out of fashion do I will get my wear out of it. Great postage service, I knew the day it was delivered so I had something to look forward to when u got home from work.happy customer!

Great serice fast delivery

I found it easy to find the ranges available in my size on the website and there was lots of choice. I opted for standard delivery and the goods arrived with in a few days which was great.

First class service

I was very impressed by the prompt service received. Ordered it late on a Thursday, received an email to say it had been despatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail on the Friday and received on the Saturday. Thats what I call service!!!

Lovely product but an odd size?

I'm no authority on sizes but i think the other half is a 12 / 14 so I ordered a 14 bikini just to be on the safe side. She was happy with the product when it landed and tried it on. Bottoms were fine but she'd need to shrink a few sizes to fit into the bikini top. She thinks that it came with a "B" cup top.
She checked the site but wasn't sure whether they did anything bigger. Bit odd to be honest but she should probably contact Simly Beach to see if anyhting can be done?
On a positive note she was really pleased with the product and the delivery times were excellent

Antwoord van Simply Beach

We apologise for any confusion caused in respect of sizing. If in doubt at all we would recommend a client choose from their general UK Dress Size. However, it does vary from brand to brand and it can sometimes be a case of trying on a few sizes to see what fits best especially in our designer beach products. The particular brand purchased do tend to come up a little small and are designed to be rather skimpy unfortunately. We are sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience caused.

Great on line company

Beautiful swimwear , expensive but very worth the money as the quality, designs and cut are so good and very flattering. Would highly recommend , fast delivery and easy returns if not satisfied. Have purchased two swimsuits and a sarong, all are stunning.

Excellent all round, especially the quick and easy returns system.

Fast and efficient! Excellent service.

I'd never used this company before but risked making an order which was delivered within 3 days. One of the items had to be returned (no problem, I just didn't like it when I tried it on) and it was at that stage I thought "this is when I'll find out what the service is really like". Well the returns process was so simple and cost me nothing......and my refund was in my account 2 days later!
Can't fault them, will use again without hesitation.

Sensational, Sun loving and Sexy Beachwear

I found Simply Beach by accident, I wasn't even looking for any beachwear, I've already got 6 cossies. However, once I discovered this site I just had to take a look.
Such a huge range of great swimwear, I was captivated and just found it irresistible - I bought two new costumes!
They arrived really quickly and both are a great fit. I can't wait to parade in them on a nice hot beach in Greece this summer
I will definitely come back to Simply Beach again

Great Value & Choice

Simply Beach was recommended to me by a friend and though I was sceptical at first, they had all the swimwear I was originally going to buy from Figleaves but for much less money! Only issues were they took longer than I would have liked to give a refund and they only have one store in a rather remote location if you want to click & collect to avoid delivery costs.

Very easy shopping experience

Easy to navigate website with great pics and descriptions. The customer reviews also made it easier for me to make my choice. Prompt delivery and good service and the easy option on returning goods for a different size should I have needed to made me more confident to place an order. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I will definitely use this company again.

My swimsuits never arrived despite early ordering!

I struggled to buy 2 swimsuits on simply beach as it didn't let me know until I'd registered that I couldn't pay with Amex (and I'd registered in my married name and my other credit card was my maiden name). So it was a total faff and I had to re-register. Then having ordered the suits on 11 December as I needed them for a holiday on the 26th dec, they didn't arrive in time. I contacted simply beach when they still had time to get them to me if they express delivered them but they said their policy was 2nd class post. So I'm on holiday with my scuzzy old swimsuit feeling rather annoyed!

Antwoord van Simply Beach

We are sorry to hear that the customer experienced some difficulties in placing their order with us. We do accept almost all types of bank card/Paypal but not Amex unfortunately. Our records show that the order was successfully placed on line on the evening of the 12th December and despatched the following day. We have contacted the customer and advised them to check with their local Post Office on their return from holiday to check that they are not holding any mail for them and then report back to us. If the checks are to no avail we would be happy to offer a full refund or replacement order.
