Dave in SingleTrack is knowledgeable & helpful. Ordered a bike which took a while from ordering to delivery due to supplier issues. I was kept informed regularly so wasn't in the dark. Bike came fully assembled which was a happy surprise. Great shop

Best on price and service
They are friendly and Helpful, was the best price for bike and 0 percent finance
wanted to give 5 but he forgot my free gloves when I purchased my bike , but compared to company's I have dealt with they are the best

Great Customer Service and Great prices.
Recently bought a bike for my daughter, she loves it and I'll be going back to purchase one for myself soon. Would recommend Single track bikes for anyone looking for a steed or repairs.

You'd be a FOOL not to CALL singletrackbikes.
Over the last 11years of biking i have used a number of shops/company's and have never had the service that Dave (Owner) provided to myself. Could not be any more impressed. Will continue to shop with singletrackbikes.com for the forth coming future. I only wish you could be my local bike shop.

The worst shop I have ever had to deal with
Purchased an item from them back in October, weeks later item did not arrive, contacted store by email and was told to wait, waited further mailed and was ignored. Rang store owner and was promised refund, two weeks later nothing, mailed again and was again ignore, had to contact Google Checkout and Credit card company to obtain refund.

Great Service
Just wanted to mention the great service i received from SIngletrack bikes last week.
Called up to order something from their website, and although they are busy, they took time out to explain what I needed to buy.
In the end I am now a happy camper on my new bike ;D
I would recommend them to anyone, and if you call ask to speak to Dave as he really knows his stuff.

ELENDIG SERVICE/ ELENDIGT FIRMA!
Jeg bestilte et værktøjssæt hos dem, det viste sig så de ikke havde det på lager og der ville gå mange måneder før det kom.
Jeg bedt om en tilbage betaling, hørte intet fra dem jeg har ringet og skrevet utallige mails til dem!
Jeg har givet sagen videre, PBS nu og håber de kan hive pengene hjem, hold jer fra dette firma!
