It was my first time using sunglasses-shop.co.uk and I am very impressed with the website and the service. I ordered the glasses on Saturday and received them on Monday and they were packaged nicely.

First of all, I liked the website. I had trawled through several but here I found good images and good information - I particularly liked the style notes! I was thrilled with the sunglasses when I received them - they are the very best! Expensive but you have to expect that for Ray-bans.

My Raybans were delivered within a couple of days which I thought was fantastic service. They arrived well packaged and the packaging even contained two rhubarb and custard sweeties!! Haha great touch Well pleased. wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

I'VE wanted a pair of silver aviators for a long time,so i finally decided to do something about it. I looked on the high street where the choice was very limited and very expensive so i started to search online to find the exact pair that i wanted. Order pair of sunglasses that were despatched same day and received via UPS next day. Excellent. Glasses didn't suit unfortunately. Sent back by special delivery for exchange for another pair slightly cheaper. They sent out replacement glasses same day they received original pair, and refunded price difference same day. Replacement glasses received next day via UPS. Excellent service. Only slight hiccup - couldn't get the tracking link to work, kept going to help on tracking rather than tracking itself. However, as delivery so efficent and quick, this did not distract from superb service.

You can buy with confidence from Sunglasses-Shop. I purchased my Rayban wayfarers 2140 but as I didn't know which frame size to choose I bought the small and medium. I was able to faff about over a few days trying each size on in different mirrors etc..Unlike when you are in a shop and the assistant is breathing down your neck hastening your choice. I returned the unwanted pair by special delivery and got a refund...Excellent.

Easy to navigate website with a good description of the goods and plenty of info on how to choose the right sunglasses for the right activities. Good price for the sunglasses I wanted. Despatched quickly but would have like to have seen more protection around the glasses than a plastic bag. That said they arrived undamaged.
