I purchased the standard ballroom shoes, style 1003. I have been using the style for years. They are excellent in quality as usual this time.
Unfortunately it took time due to no longer stocked all these style shoes. It contained the information of notes on the online shop when I ordered them, thus I accepted the status in this instance. However, I know these style shoes are very popular, so I hope to stock them for the future.
I have very small feet, so I can't order my shoes from the online shop in some style. I am required to special order and valid credit card details via personal email or phone. I hope that special order with sizes will be accepted from the online shop.

Very efficient! Honest and profesional
I had made a mistake (color)when I bought my shoes on Supadance.com and I told it to the return service and they imediately answer that i could have new one with no adding money. Even if the return had takes 1 month, that's nothing because the service is perfect and the traveling time form Paris to London doesn't depends on Supadance, it's just because of snow (yeah, it was snowing when i bought the shoes).
I'm realy happy about buying shoes on Supadance.com.

A ballroom dancing essential
I purchased a pair of supadance ballroom shoes on a recommendation from my dance teacher. The shoes arrived promptly, are of superb quality and are extremely comfy to dance in. I would highly recommend them to anyone learning ballroom dancing.

Awesome, well needed products. Decent delivery times.
I have been line dancing for a total of 10 years, so I understand the importance of proper dance shoes/sneakers. I have tried a few different styles, including dance sneakers and also cowboy boots. My feet still ached after each dance class. I had seen advertisements for Supadance shoes, but I always thought they were rather pricey. I eventally caved in to temptation and brought a pair. They truly are worth every penny. They feel wonderfully soft to wear, very comfortable and look to be surdy.
I would highly recommend Supadance shoes to all dances, beginners to instructors.
The Supadance website is really easy to use, has a good layout and good, clear information.
Decent delivery times. I would, however have liked to have received an email upon despact.
Would shop with again.

Beautiful shoes
Lovely and light. I've had lots of nice comments. Not too high (2" slim heel). Knew that toe area would rub so wore moleskin to protect until shoes worn in. Hope it doesn't take too long.

Salvation with sensible sizing at Supadance - hooray
Having looked at other websites, buying a pair of dance shoes seemed problematic. Happily, Supadance offered British sizes and no requirement to measure the length or width of my own feet. Excellent choice and service. I wish I had found them first.

Excellent products and very efficient online purchase and forwarding system.
Been using Supadance shoes for 12 yrs now wherein 90% were purchased online from since 8 yrs ago. Have tried other European brands but with my weight and feet type, they did not last. Supadance shoes' skeletal frame remain strong and steady until given up due to tarnished and molds-infested leather or fabric from overuse. Ordering online is hassle-free and my latest order in December using ordinary surface mail unexpectedly arrived after 2 weeks even during a Christmas season.

Still awating purchase
Unfortunately this may not eb your fault, but I have not yet recieved my purchase.
I did try to follow up, but had no tracking number or other document other than the e-mailed reciept which was not of any use.
I am therefoe still awaiting notice of the arrival of the item and therefore cannot follow up since I have not appropriate documentation for tracking.
I there nay other information/document which you may be able to supply me with?

We can confirm we did ship your order with us on the 30th November 2012.
We sent the parcel with royal mail "international signed for" service.
We can only assume due to high volume over the festive period coming into barbados is the reason for delay.

My shoes arrived very quickly. One pair was not available, and I received a message about that. I really appreciated this. However, that pair arrived so shortly after the first delivery, that if they had asked me I could have waited for a few days so that everything could have been send together.

Supadance delivers as always
Great experience at Supadance as always - prompt delivery and high quality shoes and accessories. For a number of years I only buy my shoes at Supadance.
One thing I really wish you had available is satin protectors for standard shoes. Satin scuffs up so easily and it's a challenge to preserve it throughout practices, even with tape.

A no fuss quality service every tme
I like to have options and Supadance allows me to select shoes to try and to return those that are not suitable. One area for improvement would be to allow me to use vouchers on-line.
They're really good and I usually get what I want.

Seamless ordering and prompt delivery - love my shoes.
This is the second time I have bought shoes (one pair for me and one for my friend) on line for my dancing. I also ordered accessories. The order confirmation came immediately via email and the shoes were delivered 2 or 3 weeks later. My only suggestion is to give an estimated day of delivery (or a tracking facility) so that one knows whether the shoes are on their way or whether it is time to make inquiries.
In Australia we pay much more for your shoes (due to importation costs I suppose) so I have been telling all my friends at dancing about your fast and easy service.

Christmas Present for My Husband
I have purchased a black pair of leather dance shoes from Supadance for my husband for Christmas - he doesn't know yet so cannot comment on whether they are comfortable or not. I sent for the same type as he already has so I am keeping my fingers crossed they fit okay.

From my very first visit - when I think I bought 3 pairs of shoes, rather than the one I went in for - I've always felt very welcome, and have been treated with care & consideration, as I've wandered around the floor, indecisively trying on anything and everything that takes my fancy! They're not cheap, but you pay for quality
My wife and I needed to replace our dance shoes, We go social dancing only, not competition.
The first choices we looked at were irish sourced Steps shoes or a Chinese site. I was a bit leary of the Chinese site, simply because of distance and the cheap price. A bit more investigation showed that the cheap shoes weren't leather, and the leather ones weren't any cheaper. The problem with Steps is that they had a total of one mans shoe style. These were what I was replacing and wanted something different (they are a good shoe, I have no complaints, and at €70 reasonably priced).
We decided to bite the bullet and go for Supadance. I bought the patent mesh 8506 @ £95 , and my wife bought two pairs (can't remember which).
The range of both mens and ladies shoes is extensive, and the site is well set up.
The shoes arrived very quickly,and were well packaged. The womens shoes come with spare heels, and they all come with carrying bags.
The shoes were well made and worth the money.
My wife decided to replace one pair, as the colour was different to the web display (which can happen due to colour monitor differences). The colour was Dark Tan, and looked a bit to "copper" (the colour, not the profession) for her taste. This wasn't an issue, she filled out the form, paid the postage, and the replacement shoes arrived within a week (Supadance paid the return postage).
I also bought two sets fo spare/replacement soles/heels. I will put one pair on my existing shoes and keep using them for practice/class, saving the new pair for socials. Very handy, and something I have been looking for for awhile.
All in all, I can't fault Supadance. You get what you pay for. And if they last as well as my last pair of shoes (5 years) then it is money well spent.

Great product, great transaction, unautomated communication
Shoe is high quality and fits perfectly. International shipment was very fast.
Only thing I found unexpected (not necessarily unpleasant) was that the order number is not used for automatic tracking of the order. Instead you you ask for info via email, and receive fast, human-composed response. This made the experience more personal, although slightly less practical.
