Really good service. Called to make sure we had the space for an indoor table and check we hadn't made an error in ordering.
The only recommendation would be that they arrange (even if it is for a extra fee) for the table to be taken upstairs and assembled. I would definitely have paid for this service.

Great Value and Excellent Customer Support
I bought a Kettler outdoor table and before purchase was offered helpful advice by phone when making my order. The table arrived promptly on the delivery date given and all was as promised. On assembling the table I had a small problem with a nut and bolt which became threaded. I sent an email to explain the issue and was phoned back within the hour by a technician who said he would arrange to get a replacement part sent F.O.C. I am very impressed and satisfied by this level of service and have no hesitation in highly recommending this company!

An extremely helpful company who guided me through the range of products finding the most suitable table for our family needs, The table is of a high quality and appearance and more compact than other tables on the market. An additional selling point is the 10 year warranty . Time of delivery from placing my order was 3 working days and the delivery company were accurate with their estimated delivery slot. The ordering process was completely painless - and was preceded by a discussion as to which table would best suit our needs. Pleasingly, there was no attempt to sell us a more expensive table which would provide little, if any, additional benefit.
The delivery arrangements were efficient. The table turned up within the time slot that we could see from the tracking information available the evening before (shame it was 7am on a Saturday, but that's the luck of the draw!), and all the bits were there.
The only slight niggle was that some of the screws were very difficult to attach to the (plastic?) coated nuts, as a result of which the head of a couple of screws wore away before they were tightened as much as I would ideally like. But that doesn't appear to undermine the integrity of the table, so it's not a problem! I'd only deduct half a star for that, so I'd give a rating of 4.5 stars if I was able to.

I found that the advice provided on the website was very helpful in making my decision over what table to buy. Ordered a replacement table tennis net for my outdoor Kettler table. This site came up just after Kettler's own site. Ordered on Saturday and received on Tuesday on standard delivery. Information on order received, payment and dispatch all promptly sent. The product is Kettler-branded and is excellent. My game is no better!!

Efficient speedy service sending me eaxactly what I wanted
I needed a new net for my Kettler table tennis table as I had stupidkly left the table outside all winter and the old net had rotted. I put in 'Kettler table tennis nets' on the internet and table-tennis-tables.co.uk came up. The web site was was well constructed and showed clearly the options available. Alerted us to even tiny potential issues, made sure we understood what we had to do for trouble-free delivery and assembly. Generally went above and beyond the call of duty. We ordered on a Bank Holiday weekend and they even called us on the holiday Monday to make sure everything was clear. And the table, exactly as billed, is perfect!

This company knows its business and provides an excellaemt service. My order went very smoothly and our new table was delivered in a couple of days and on time. Two of us assembled the table without much difficulty. Our only problem was our poor eyesight which led us to make a small mistake but this was quickly rectified after a friendly chat on the phone. I'd give table-tennis-tables top marks all rouind.

Great products, price and delivery
Really like the website, which included reviews of various table tennis tables including surfaces but also other key elements such as folding mechanisms. This was a key consideration for us as we had to think about who would be using the table and putting it away again after us. The table itself will give many hours of pleasure to a wide range of users, and we relied heavily on the review to indicate factors such as quality, durability etc etc. Obviously time will reveal the truth but we have been very impressed so far and look forward to being impressed again - we are saving up to buy another table...

A fair product for a fair price
Not being an experianced TT player I can only review the delivery and assembly of the table.
We bought from a good company, they answered my queries and the delivery was on time.
Assembly; Anyone who has assembled a flat pack, furniture whatever knows you have to follow the instructions dilegently or you are in trouble. There must be 500 pieces in this assembly distributed in 4 different packages. The first step of assembly is 4 wheels 4 small dowel and 4 nuts & bolts.They were in 3 different packets, and this sets the standard. the TT net, last item to be fitted also has the tommy bar needed for the box spanner. But all the bits are there, assembly instructions are clear and the assembled table opens and closes easily.
If only I could move a bit faster, hit the ball harder, more accurately, perhaps with spin - I might beat the Wife!

Kettler Champ 5 outdoor table - Very professional service
Really impressed with table-tennis-tables.co.uk. Excellent website with good advice and ratings for various tables plus short video and even a downloadable user guide and build guide.
I couldn't find this table cheaper anywhere else and with free delivery, arranged at my convenience within four days this was a very smooth purchase.

The process of finding the right table at the right price was made very easy by one quick phone call. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent delivery time. Kettler table did take two hours to assemble but it was time consuming rather than difficult (2 ten year olds assembled ours without help!)

Excellent service and great table tennis table
I was looking for a reasonably priced table for the family to have some fun with that was able to be stored outside. Having found a couple on table tennis tables.co.uk's website I emailed them with some questions and for advice on which table they would recommend for my needs. I received a reply within a few hours with the information I needed. Having made my decision I ordered the table online. I was impressed that within an hour I had received a phone call regarding delivery and even better I could choose a Saturday at no extra cost!
The table turned up within the times stated and I was able to build it without too much trouble. All the tools I needed were included and the instructions provided on the website were easy to follow. It took slightly longer than stated but I wasn't rushing and was just impressed that I (a 43 year old female) was able to build the table with just a small amount of help from my children to lift the sides onto the base.
One part was slightly mis-formed so I emailed the company and was very pleased to receive a replacement part the next day along with 2 gifts as an apology!
The table (a Knight X12) is perfect for our needs and we are enjoying some great games of table tennis.
I would definitely recommend this company, their customer service is excellent.

Super-efficient, super-fast service!
I wanted a table tennis table cover quickly as I needed to leave our Outdoor table
outside but the old cover had disintegrated over time. I emailed to ask how quickly they could deliver and received a reply in a matter of minutes. The cover arrived the next day which was fantastic.
