Not completely satisfied
Inside replacable sole of pair of KSwiss tennisshoes was separately added which was ment for that pair. I received twice a left hand sole so pair can't be used until further notice. I sent an email the same day but no reaction yet.

Really great racquet and service, not sure about the strings though...
This is the best racquet I've ever used. Has improved my game massively. However, don't believe the strings were done to my specifications. There is a lot of movement which is not what I'd expect from new strings done to 23lbs. Will probably have to get them redone. Which is tedious. But will be back to purchase a new/spare racquet though.

thanks so much for my recent order, it's for our friends in Croatia, they have an eight year old son called Emil, who is taking tennis lessons. They asked me to buy a Babolat racket and racket bag for him, which they saw on your website. Obviously they couldn't have them delivered there, so we will take them this weekend when we go on holiday.
I said I would buy some tennis clothes as a gift and I am going to take the invoice with me, because they just won't believe how little everything cost!! I think I will be placing a lot more orders for them from now on.

all my order arrived before I expected it to even though they quoted 5 days.
i ordered 2 tennis skorts-one was perfect the other a bit tight but not worth the expense of returning so I'll give it to someone.
website was accurate in its pictures and prices are fairly competitive-choice is bigger than anywhere else I've found but I wouldn't order trainers as they really should be tried on.

good for speed bad if you need to return
I was very pleased how quickly the Nike tennis shirt and shorts I ordered for my grandson arrived, the shorts were much too long and needed returning and it was then that I began to be disappointed, instead of enclosing a returns form with the goods it needed to be printed from the website, I do not have a printer, there was no pre-paid returns label which I cannot recall happening with any other company I have ordered from, so I would only order again if I could be absolutely certain that nothing would need to be returned, a great pity

Ordered the adidas barricade 7 tennis shoes from tennisnuts after looking at several other sites cause they sold them for the lowest price. Wasn't sure what to expect on the delivery service, but was extremely impressed that it arrived 2 days later. Will definitely order from tennisnuts again if need be.
