Buying online at its best
I bought a generator at the best price I had seen anywhere, with no extra charge for delivery which was the day after placing my order. Better still, on opening the box I discovered the item was even better than I had expected. Not sure how service like that can be bettered! From my experience purchasing from their website it seems to me that Toolstop are in danger of underselling themselves on the quality of what they offer for sale and a shipping service second to none.

Drilling down service
Ordered a Dewalt router at 7am on day one and it was delivered by noon on day two. Perfectly packed exactly as described and speedily delivered as promised. What fantastic service, there are many companies that could take a leaf out of toolstop's book. Incidentally, had I gone to my local screwfix outlet the same router and accessories would have cost me £175 more and £50 more at machine mart. Well done toolstop I will certainly be using you again! Thank you

Great service but courier used were surley, rude and intimidating to my Mrs.
as always, great service and prices from toolstop however next day delivery by APS was shocking, watched courier arrive and depart with no attempt to deliver, found card wedged in doorframe and when returned next day with parcel was intimidating, rude and resentful to my wife who had telephoned the couriers manager the day before to complain. hopefully Toolstop will look into APS parcels and discipline them accordingly. reflects badly on a great supplier.

been looking for a mitre saw for a while now, but didn't have the money for a top of the range one, then seen one on toolstop, a bosch 12" mitre saw, for under 200!!! no where cheaper, fast delivery, could have done with a catalogue tho but hey, never mind, will request one next time I buy from there

Very good service from Toolstop but the courier service used does charge excessive customs duty for Thailand. It is not for this one occasion only. Friends and fellow workers all have similar experiences with this courier...sometimes the duty payable amounts to 3 times the cost of the goods bought. Perhaps other courier services might be available but it does financially spoil what is otherwise an outstandingly well organised and reliable service.

I have ordered a Norbar 13268 Torque Wrench (quality UK built Torque Wrench) on www.toolstop.co.uk got a shock when it arrived on my doorstep 4 days later by DHL express. I live in Sydney Australia it would have cost me twise as much to buy it here and would have had to wait at leaset few weeks before I could get one here. Toolstop price for this product was the best I could find on the net and they pretty much charged me the cost of freight to deliver it -not inflated handling charges. This is my first purchase from them and I'm very impressed and good luck for them.

I purchased the Bosch GML 50 from Toolstop having trawled the internet for the cheapest price. I placed the order over the phone around 2pm and it arrived around 11pm the following morning. Delivery would have been free, and still Next Day, if I hadn't required delivery on a Saturday. Fantastic service and excellent prices.
Ordering from Sweden for the first time and I am impressed by the prices compared to my local dealers, almost 40% cheaper.
Another thing that did impress me was the fact that they sent an adapter from UK to Euro power plug, I was counting on having to cut the cord and attaching a europlug myself.
The only downside I found was that the website could identify that I was shopping from Sweden, it gave me the prices in Swedish currency but knowing all this it still would present me with bundle offers and products not available to be shipped to Sweden.
