Simply the best!

Had last real ciggie on 27th Feb 2012 and haven't had the urge to buy or use the 'real thing' since then! Always used Totally Wicked and had excellent service from them and wouldn't consider moving my allegiance elsewhere. Keep it up TW

Great kit at a good price

All the hardware is well proven so you'll never buy a bad piece of kit. Unfortunately, the down side of this is that you may have to wait until they offer the latest ideas for sale.
The liquids are all very good - I've never bought a bad one.

I just ordered the Varivolt and it was very quick delivery and then uh oh the worst happened I had a problem...... A quick email telling them my problem and I quickly got a reply asking to either phone them or reply with a contact number and they would call me back. I called in myself and the lady who answered the phone was awesome. We got my Varivolt working again like new and now I know what the problem is I can make sure it never happens again.

Now all I need to do is workout a way to get the money to buy everything Totally Wicked has to sell.

I highly recommend these folks to anyone who vapes and the smokers out there who are thinking about trying vaping DO IT!!!! I now vape 100% I prefer my vaping to my old roll ups. Loads of flavours and strengths give it a whirl.

The only thing I would say to new vapers is when you start its a bit dry so have a drink with you.... Once your used to it you will be fine. :D

THE BEST THERE IS

Totally wicked have the most welcoming staff both in the shops and the customer service centre. They have always helped me where they can and if sonething has gone wrong (which rarely hapens) they have sorted it very quickly. Would recommend anyone to go here!! the prices are a little.higher than some other places... but you certainly get what you pay for.. great tasting liquids great service and friendly staff :)

Totally Worthwhile

i have to say,i have been on e-cigs since the first ever litle ones and i was not completely smoke free.Once i tried tw and realised the choice,i was amazed.It was a bit trial and error for me to find what i wanted but worthit. There choice and constant strive to bring us the latest and best products if second to none.
Customer services also are second to none,these guys know there stuff and there customers. They will in my experience bend over backwards to help you with anything from your first time trying to seasoned experts.Trust me they know more than any of us and they will help you with anything.

i purchase most of the time from their first distibutor in scarborough called a touch of glass but i have ordered direct a few times and i havent had a single problem so far.
me and the missus have now been vaping for 1 year 2 weeks and i went from smoking 40 a day to not even wanting an expensive stick after the first 3 days my taste buds started to wake up and i feel like ive got more energy now
i was even shocked myself being a smoker for nearly 20 years and trying all the stuff from the doctors that didnt do anything.

Good range, good products - but website/order system could do with clarity

Been using TW for around 3 years., and finally got the product that works for me. Batteries seen to last long enough - and I've never had a failed atomiser - its just the preformance drops of and needs replace fairly regularly - 3-6 weeks.
And there my only real fault - with so meany products and versions - Its difficult to kep track of the spares I need.
All in all though - good service and would recommend after you do your homework

I started vaping on another widely available e-cig but was costing me more than smoking cigarettes!!quickly moved onto the totally wicked tornado tank. I work with lads who have tried similar devices from other brands only for them to get frustrated with sub standard build quality.i have been using my tornado for 2 months now and im still using the original battery (that lasts 2 days between charges,im a med to heavy vaper). I cant fault the customer services they were very helpful when i needed them.Dellivery is very fast ,although a tad expensive if only ordering small items.im lucky enough to have a totally wicked reseller near me and have sent many people there knowing they will be happy with there purchases! So thanks totally wicked, im a happy and healthier vaper!!!

Pricey but amazing service!

Ive been vaping for about 4 years now. I started with a sister company of TW's (TECC) and swiftly moved to TW's.
Yes TW's products are pricey, but they are worth it!
Great customer service, great products, constant yoyo offers, constant discount codes (which can be used with the yoyo promotion) competitions constantly for free stuff (and not small prizes either I may add) news on the vaping world, in touch with customers.
The shops they have are also great with both shop and over the phone great communications. You can literately phone up and have a chat about whats next. They also have great informative youtube videos on news and how too's.

The company has gone a long way since they started yet the customer service has keep to the same standard from my experience. Yes many people will say "Oh well if they are expensive then of course they will be nice to keep money from your wallets" but its not the case as with other companies they want your cash and not to speak to you. Besides, you pay more for quality and yet STILL end up spending less than smoking.

The forum is great too. There are always a large number of staff walking the boards and communicating with customers as well as the owner(s). They also interact alot with twitter and facebook.

I feel totally wicked care about me as a customer and treat me as a distant vaping pal rather than a cash pit and in all, every penny i have spent and every penny i will spend shall be happily handed over.

Theres only two things ive purchased that havent been from TW and thats a custome drip tip and custom e-mod. Other than that, batteries, chargers, fluid. atties etc will NEVER be purchased from anyone else.

5 star company, I seriously recommend you try these guys out if you want a great smelling, tasting, healthier, no staining alternative with no second hand smoke and legal to smoking.

Give em a call. They will most definitely be willing to have a good long chat on what you should start with. ;)

Top quality service all the way

Electronic cigarettes are becoming ever more popular. I started with e-cigs 2 years ago and obviously read reviews on e-cigs before I bought one. I ended up going to totally wicked and have seldom being disappointed. I say seldom, they have been very innovative with designing e-cigs. Some designs were a little hit and miss on reliability, namely the cartomizers. But in a never ending pursuit to provide the best, they soon came through with better and reliable products.
I have tried my friends 'cheaper' brand e-cigs but nothing has been to the standard of TW. The hit on the fluids especially.
The customer service is second to none, always friendly and unbelievably helpful! Any problem products are replaced asap. Wish more companies were like this!

Fast delivery, tasty e-juice!

I purchased the promotional 5 bottles of 10ml size e-liquids. I bought Blueberry, Cherry, Ice Menthol, Strawberry and American Red Tobacco. They arrived quickly, well packaged and 4 of them taste AMAZING! Sadly the American Red Tobacco is far from tobacco flavoured, tastes like I've got my lips round a smoke machine in a nightclub. But, the fact remains that I have no reservations, and would recommend this company to anyone. Just make sure you read the customer reviews of flavours. They are generally very useful.

It is the best thing that had happend to my smoke-life. If I haven't stopped with the ordinary cigarets I have got KOL - but I didn't get it - because I started with the e-cig I bought from Totallywicked.

having been buying my products from them for 3 years now, with very few problems, but whenever a problem has occurred they have quickly sorted it, all their products are of a high quality, with batteries lasting a year or more, (still have a couple that are 3 years old), and they have no problem giving advice to both and new comers to vaping, while there special offers each week mean you can save money as well

just wished they still did the buttered popcorn flavour

Big, expensive, disappointing let down in every way

Chose to go with Totally Wicked and felt sure that spending the best part of £100 would be well spent, how wrong I was. I purchased a Titan Tank with all the extras and a load of ELiquid. The extra tank caps I purchased were rubbish and not of the quality of the ones fitted to the tanks that came with the kit. No extra tank caps were supplied as per the promise when I purchased the kit. On speaking to customer service I was not left feeling they were overly bothered. The atomisers lasted about 6 weeks and the batteries about 8 weeks. The whole kit has packed up after 8 weeks and is heading for the bin. What an expensive mistake, dreadful product. Back to the 10 Motives for me.

I've been using Totally Wicked for the last eight months, since I switched from those dreaded ciggies. Their website is rather difficult to navigate - you really need to know what you're after. I ended up calling their 0845 number and spoke to a very knowledgeable member of staff. They asked me how many I smoked, what brand, what I do for a living and advised me of a kit and strength of fluid. I took delivery of my Tornado ego c and haven't looked back since. I had a problem with an atomiser around 2 months ago, and when called them, they asked me a few questions about the problem and sent me a new one - received next day! First class service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to switch to e cigs!!

I started using this company 4 years ago and have never looked back. One stop shop for everything I need, yeah a little more expensive than others but you get what you pay for and their customer service is the BEST!

Products are very high quality and I've had very few problems.
You will always come across the odd DOA items but they do not hesitate to fix issues and I've had replacements the day after letting them know - no fuss at all.

I will never look back! "Totally" Amazing!

I was a heavy smoker and I first tried using an E-cig early 2012 when I was "persuaded" to buy one from the rep in my local shopping centre. It was NOT a totally wicked brand, it was a different "popular" brand of E-cig. After using their device for just 2 days It became clear that it was just awful! The battery only lasted a couple of hours, it took all day/night to charge and the refills that claimed had the same as 200 cigarettes inside barley lasted 2 days , and I certainly did not smoke 200 fags in 2 days! The flavours were terrible, 2 choices... tobacco flavour (which tasted nothing like tobacco) and menthol. Their vapour also gave me really bad chest and asthma like symptoms and was basically just so terrible, I threw it away and started smoking regular cigarettes again. To say the least I had been put off the idea of E-cigs.

But then, at the start of August 2012 a friend of mine introduced me to Totally Wicked's brand of E-cigs!

My first impression of the actual device was "wow".... Sleek shiny chrome with the logo and name actually etched into the metal! It looked amazing!

He let me have a try of his EGO-C device, he was using the refillable tips and was using the "Raspberry Menthol" flavour E-liquid from totally wicked themselves.

It tasted absolutely amazing! His device gave a good, clean vapour and the throat hit was great but did not leave me feeling rough or chesty like the previous brand I had tried.

So I decided to visit my local totally wicked outlet after looking at their great website online.

Since august 2012 I have been using totally wicked and purchasing their liquids and devices... and I have not smoked cigarettes since!

The staff are honest and friendly... if I am not happy with something I have purchased or it is faulty they do not hesitate to replace it for me... they are well trained and know exactly what they are talking about and don't try to "con" you into buying something you don't want or need.

The products themselves are great... never had any issues with them 10/10

Battery life is amazing, it lasts all day and evening and half of the next day 10/10

Charge time is great... less than 1 hour for a full charge on my device 10/10

The liquids are value for money, hundreds of great flavours, top quality and do not give me any bad side effects 10/10

I can safely say that I would not go to any other brand or company for my E-cigs... I would recommend them to ANYBODY!

Been using this company since Jan 2011, the e-liquid is by far the best quality and the devices are of the best quality. You need to spend slightly more to get the best albeit only slightly more for more reliability and quality, I love the new variety of products they continue to introduce me too. The other players out there cant compete with these guys, they are professional and know their business.

Your electric fag is important to be working at its best and with TW it will be the best.

Terrible service on returns

This is a review for Totally Wicked Electronic Cigarettes UK E cigs E liquid - lead title on this page for this company is not quite correct.

The ethos held by the customer service personnel of this company are not honest nor do they bear integrity.

We had to return a faulty product. They admitted it was faulty but tried to give us a credit note instead of a refund (which was for a whopping £163!).
They then tried to make us pay Paypal fees to refund via Paypal then allegedly 'lost' our refund via the bank.
Throughout all this hassle, we ran up a good sized phone bill in contacting their 0845 number and to add insult to injury they have ignored all requests to pay the returns postage, something they are required to do by law in the case of faulty goods.


I used to vehemently defend this company, having used them since January 2009. I ignored all the warnings of bad service splattered across the forums of the e-cig world. Not any more! Like many other customers, I will speak how I find and add my voice to the growing number of disappointed, disgruntled, let-down customers.

There are loads of other really excellent companies out there who do not make a farce out of a simple returns procedure, so my advice is to use them instead. And avoid dealing with Scarlett if you have any issues as she really couldn't care less, I suspect she stands as the company Rottweiler for complaints.
I cannot believe what happened to us even now.

It is hard to make any sort of complaint about TW's service on any electronic cigarette forum in the UK because the company upset so many customers that they were slated across every leading electronic cigarette and vaping forum/community. This led to threatened litigation, the closure of one major forum, and the gagging of many disgruntled customers. I am all for civilised, honest reviews and the things said against the owner of this company were disgraceful. But it has in my opinion also gagged HONEST feedback and allowed Customer Services to up themselves to tenfold of the appalling, uncaring, shoddy and slack service they were accused of 10 months ago. And people cannot speak out about this, so the Customer Services 'team' become even more comfortable in their bad work!

Totally Wicked, I do hope you read this. I pushed Lord knows how many people your way, without ever taking a penny of your affiliate 'recommendation' scheme. I did it because I was happy with what you provided. But how can I ever recommend a company who try to rip people off? We are left out of pocket by £20 for postage and phone calls and I have a further £20 of unused Odyssey cartomisers, that will now never be used. This whole debarcle set us back £40 and a lot of stress over what was supposed to be my Christmas present. Never a true apology from you, even. I really have little wonder that people set upon the company last year.

Amazing fast service. Great taste.

I ordered my tobacco flavoured e liquid (I am not into fancy flavours, I vape to replace my cigs) form them on a Tuesday night. Arrived Thursday morning by post on signed delivery. Refill was easy with no need for syringe due to thin nozzle on bottle, which also comes with a safety cap. Both my Father and I agree that our e cigs taste a lot more like a real cigarette now than with the origional flavour that came with our 10 Motives e cigs.

Used to be excellent - sadly no more :/

TW used to be excellent, their products truly of the best quality, their e-liquids the best out there.
Sadly lately the quality is just not there - I ordered a titan tank spending over £115 on a full set up and extras, always before happy as can be with TW.
The quality of the product just is no longer there the atomizers are truly appalling out of 6 atomizers 4 lasted less than 24 hours, 1 lasted 3 days and the last one - an amazing week ! :( :(

Good service, overpriced delivery on small items.

I have always been impressed with Totally Wicked's products. However, i was initially put off by the £2.99 delivery on anything you order. I can understand it for items like starter kits and other such things that come in a box and therefore cost more to deliver, but some kit they sell could easily be delivered in a large envelope for a cheaper rate like another vendor www.smokshop.co.uk do. This is for replacement or accessory items such as batteries, e liquid etc. So it puts me off buying replacements or liquid just because of the delivery price, if you are only buying say 2 bottles of e liquid you have to pay an extra £3 for delivery, which is why i buy all my liquids elsewhere, which is a shame because i do enjoy TW's flavours and find their products to be one of the best.

However aside from that, i think they do give an excellent service, customer service is very good, i have received a faulty item and have been sent an envelope to send it back in so will update to see what happens with that. Very impressed with their titan tank and tornado tank, i think they are very good e cigs, possibly the best kits you can buy, and if you take advantage of their discounts that they have from time to time, you might just save yourself as much money as you are paying for the postage.

These guys are totally awesome. I quit smoking and started using an e-cig almost two years ago, and if it weren't for their website, I'd have given up on my tiny 901 and turned back to cigs. I found the Tornado Tank and can vape all day without having to charge. I love it!

Totally wicked, best place ever for e-cigs and e-juice, prices are great, and products although a bit confusing with so many, once you sort out what you want and need, its dead easy.
Delivery fast and straight forward, cant wish for better.
I have been off real smokes now for 4 mths the longest ever, and have not even fancied a real cig. dont think I will ever want to go back to real smoking,
Best product ever for smokers who want to give up but cant.

Great products, confusing product range

Update - these products keep failing after about 3 - 5 months of use. And with only 28 days warranty, this is landing up more expensive than I expected. Just had both batteries fail within days of one another, so now have to resort to cigarettes. Disappointing.

I've been really happy with almost all the products I've received from Totally Wicked E-Liquid - the only exception being some horrid tasting liquids. The 'shisha' flavours are really not pleasant in my opinion. Having said that, the other liquids I've had from them have been excellent.

My hesitation with this company is that they have a wide product range that is very difficult to understand and they have made very little effort to assist comprehension. For instance, the "Tornado eGo-C MEGA Twist Compact Kit 1000mAh" is NOT compatible with the "MEGA Tornado e-go cartridges" without additionally buying the two other MEGA accessories - none of this is explicitly stated on their website. Given both products are titled "MEGA", I think it's not unreasonable to assume they would work together without there need for multiple accessories.
The whole e-cigarette concept is a little confusing to beginners, and this company could be doing a lot more to make there product more accessible and easily understood.

On my only contact with there customer service, I found the representative less than helpful and unwilling to take constructive feedback about their product and webpage.

Once you finally figure out what's what on their website, there products are top-notch. I believe them to be the best supplier of e-cigarettes in the UK at present.

Good company to deal with, but need to streamline product range

In general, a good company to deal with. I've been shopping with them for about 18 months now, and unlike most ecig shops they are have a more solid, real company feel to them. Delivery is always timely, accurately picked and well packaged Excellent range of juices and mixing ingredients. I can personally recommend the new e-Go Tanks, they finally have the tank technology nailed. Prices are a bit high, but they have weekly discounts and Yo-Yo promotions so you can usually pick up a bargain
The website is easy to navigate, with. but way over the top with company branding giving it a tacky comic book feel.
As a company, they do tend to introduce wide ranges of products and develop new ones; albeit with mixed success, I've been quite excited about some of the new products and tried a fair range, but have been left feeling like a beta tester on too many occasions. I feel they need to lean toward quality as opposed to quantity with regards to their product range. I'd love to give more stars, because they do things really well, but they've let me down by selling too many ropey products. I would be sure to do some research before ordering (and not from wannabe-first reviewers who choke u-tube with reviews after 5 minutes of using a product....)

Good site for e-smokers!

This is the place to shop if you want quality! They offer almost everything when it comes to electronic cigarettes and e-liquid. The shipping is fast, the customer service is very friendly and helpful.

However, the prices are a bit high... but quality costs a bit more. But the good thing is that they often have promotional discounts, so if you pay attention, it is quite possible to get some nice quality products for a low price!

Only thing I wish were different about TW is the shipping cost to ship to other european countries.
