Perfect service. No hiccups whatsoever
I have made 2 orders with UK Automation and the service was fantastic.
The status of the order is always clear to me, I know exactly what is happening to my order. The delivery was surprisingly fast.
I would love to see more variety of ZWave products and having a slower/cheaper delivery option.

Great for Z-Wave bits and support
I've now bought quite a few Z-Wave bits and pieces and I've found UK Automation really helpful in answering any questions I had. Most Z-Wave components are fairly easy to integrate to the Vera3 controller but one proved a little more difficult.
Having found differing opinions on how to include, group or associate a Horstmann HRT4-ZW thermostat and ASR-ZW receiver (switch) .... one thing I can say is UK Automation's instructions actually work..... they offer specific instructions on how to do this and I can thoroughly recommend following these.

Very quick reliable service
I have used UK Automation twice now and have been very surprised by the quick service and delivery each time.
I would recommend them without hesitation, and I will undoubtedly buy from them again soon.
I just wish they could manage to knock the prices down a bit further on the Z-Wave products, then they would really have the UK market sewn up.

BBS Ceiling switches controlling heating
I use two BBS ceiling switches combined with Harmony home automation server to control my heating. One BBS switch failed after two years, so I purchased some replacements. Good service and all working well again. Thank you.

X10 equipment from UK Automation
Ordering process easy and painless. Website quick and easy to navigate. Items arrived safely next day, well packaged and complete including a free remote control as a bonus!

Great range of z-wave kit at an affordable price
I picked UK Automation because they offered the best value on the Vera3. Also brought a couple of Z-Wave sensors and a light switch to get me started all at a reasonable price.
I will most certainly shop with them again!

UK power input (240 volt) only
I live in the US and did not know that this item was 240 volt. I have ordered a power converter ($15) to correct this. Wish I had known about the power issue earlier but it did not occur to me. An e-mail regarding this, since it was being shipped to a US address, would have been helpfull.
The computer interface works fine and I believe when I get my power converter I will be all set.
Otherwise every thing is professionally done and looks good.
The US version sold by X-10 is no longer available so this is my only choice at the moment.

Great Stuff
I bought quite a bit of equipment from UK Automation, I had a problem with one item & changed my mind on another. I spoke with Ivor & he sorted me a replacement for the faulty unit & exchanged the other for something else I wanted, without any fuss. Ivor is also very good at providing information & product support - Great Stuff!!
