VERY HAPPY FIRST-TIME UK-ELIQUID SHOPPER

I'm a bit of a bargain-hunter & research thoroughly before placing orders online. UK-Eliquid was where I decided to shop this time & I was _not_ disappointed!

So anyway, just received a couple of CE5 Clearos in the post for my relatively-new eGo-C (tank) 1100 mAh. Before the eGo, I was using SkyCigs which, while a decent introduction to vaping, have a couple of faults: short battery life (100mAh) & a constant need to refill cartos. Next was my desire to improve upon the 'tank' system which comes with the eGo-C. It's fine for vapour-production, flavour, etc, but a bit messy once the silicon has worn (which occurs fairly soon; after just a few refills).

Wow! This rambling mess is more of a review of my hardware than my shopping experience. Let's get to the point! I can highly recommend the CE5 clearomizers from UK-Eliquid. Brilliant bit of kit.

Poor products and delivery

I started of using this company for first time vaping, But now the delivery has gone rubbish. They charge £1.99 extra for recorded delivery when its only £0.90p with the post office and they use PPI which is cheaper than this.

When your a smoker a shop always has cigs. This company is not so reliable in this respect, You reply on your vaping liquid and they always run out of stock and it can be for a week or longer at times.

Most items are faulty, I have had so many replacements because of dud items
like now for example another dud and it tastes vile.... SICK ... its that bad taste like smoking burning paper

The part what bugs me is slow shipping even when you pay the extra £1.99 for recorded delivery , They make enough money as it is. I have personally spoken to their supplier and i can tell you their turn over is around 70%

Poor Poor Poor, try something like vapingvision or totally wicked

This is a great little company for E-liquid, fast delivery and great flavours to choose from, I have tried a few different companies but this one is certainly the best!! Long may they continue!

Great little company with a decent selection, falls slightly short on stock levels and the odd mistake.

Was recommended to this site by a friend who regards it highly, and upon making a few orders with them I'm not disappointed either. The choice of different liquids on there is pretty decent, although sometimes what you want has ran out of stock and I would personally like a few more to choose from (regular Hangsen isn't on offer). Delivery is swift and hassle free, although I would prefer if it was free after you've spent a certain amount like many other eLiquid sites offer. I've only been let down once due to a slight error on their system, it let me order something that was out of stock so I didn't receive the selection when my order came, but this was rectified quickly by a very friendly and efficient customer service team. The actual site layout is also very appealing and easy to navigate. All in all I would hold no reservations in recommending this site to a friend, and I will certainly continue to order from them. The prices are reasonable, discount codes are usually on offer, customer service is excellent and generally the eLiquid on offer is really good.

My first experince

My first purchase from UK-Eliquid and everything went real smooth.
So I cannot complain yet I cannot praise it either as first is a first.

Going a little worse.

I have trusted this company for my whole vaping "career". Now I have seen that things are not as customer-friendly as they were. Mild E-liquids are always out of stock and delivery is not so fast as it used to be.
Still, I would recommend this store, but I hope that all these delivery delays come back to normal as they were.

Good service, but often you run out of vermilion rive liquids. I think you should have a bigger storage for those liquids.

They don't care

Used this company 3 times, first was fine, second they sent me 2 bottles of duff liquid, took a week to reply to my email, then never bothered after that. Thought I would give them another chance but the third time ordered goods on a Wednesday needing them for the following Monday as was going on holiday thinking they would be here on time easy, no, by the Friday I emailed them to check if they had been despatched but never got a reply. They finally arrived a week later and still no apology or email. Tried just about all the ecig shops out there and most are first rate but will not use these again. Rubbish...
