Do not Use this company.....

Goods never received, he never replies to email or answers the phone. Marked my order as refunded but no refund has appeared in my Paypal account. I opened a PAYPAL dispute. Still waiting on outcome. No reply to PAYPAL mailing him,, hopefully Paypal will refund me Avoid this company as they seem to say in stock and dispatched then when queried state out of stock but will send alternative. Really not happy......

No one answering the phone, no e-mail communication, paid for goods, waiting over month!!!!

How is this possible that there is no one answering the phone or replying my e-mails in this bloody company? I am waiting for over month now, paid via paypal £70 for my BB car accesories and they don't even bother answering the phone?? Thanks a lot.

Excellent Service, Quality Products.

Placed an order on the Wednesday, emailed within 5 minutes that order had been packed and shipped, arrived Thursday morning. Very impressed with the quality and speed of service. Top quality genuine Samsung products received. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Terrible customer service. Accuse customers of fraud if they query why items haven’t arrived.

An item ordered had not arrived. I had to contact their customer services department three times before they would tell me what their process was for missing customer orders. When they did respond they basically accused me of theft, insinuating that i had in fact received my item but was trying to commit fraud by claiming that I hadn't in order to get a refund. When I challenged them on this, they replied by saying that if I didn't want to submit a claim form (which I did not say) then they didn't want my money (which they already had). So not only did they accuse me of theft, but their responses to my emails made no sense. I would advise any person in the market for mobile phone products to shop elsewhere. Also - I'm still awaiting my refund!

I received the product very quickly; I received the incorrect chargers but notified the Customer Care Team immediately. Within a day or two the correct items arrived and I was emailed a prepaid label to return the 2 chargers that I received in error.

Communication was excellent and the speed that the issue was resolved was also excellent.

If the correct product was sent I would have awarded 5 stars. I would still recommend the company to others though!

I have used uk mobile store for a number of years and have always had superb service. The site is easy to use, orders always arrive on time and products always do what they say. I would not even think of going elsewhere.

Disappointing

I ordered a phone battery, which was delivered very quickly but turned out not to fit the phone for which it had been ordered, and to have a lower power rating than advertised. I returned it immediately with a copy of my order, and mailed the company requesting a refund. After a second e-mail two weeks later I received a reply that asked me to return the battery (!) with the 'RMA number' (I still don't know what that is) and to send it recorded delivery (impractical, given the low cost of the item). I pointed out that I had already returned it, and again requested repayment. No response. Disappointing.

Very solid case bought from a great company

I needed a birthday present for my brother who is into offshore sailing and wanted a phone case for his Iphone, after reading many reviews I found this on the www.uk-mobilestore.co.uk website at a good price and went for it and so glad I did.
The case is pretty large, you maybe wouldn't want to use it in your suit pocket at work but come the weekend it definitely does the job. The touch screen works just fine through the new case's screen and the thick rubber ensures it would be just fine after drops and knocks. It should be pretty good with splashes but wouldn't want to fully submerge it. It arrived well packaged and really quickly, all no fuss or bother.

I was searching for a cheap charger for my iphone to use in my van. I very quickly found uk mobile store and found their website quick and easy to search and find the item I wanted. Navigating this site was a pleasure. Communication regarding the order was good and delivery was very quick.

When I received the item I was at first not sure I would be happy with it as it had lots of different adapters (for other phones I assume). However, I should not have worried. The charger was just as advertised on the website and was easy to find the adapter for my iphone and just as easy to fit into the van. It has been a brilliant to have my phone safely stowed in the holder and charging up at the same time. It is also much sturdier than the price suggests it would be. I have used uk mobile store several times and regard them as a quality trustworthy company. My orders are dealt with very swiftly and dispatch communication via email is second to none.

Most recently I purchased a new mobile for my daughter. It was cheaper elsewhere, but uk mobile store not only price matched, but included next day delivery as well. Mobile Screen Scratches Eliminated by Displex Display Polish

I was recently having trouble with my mobile phone screen due to scratches and scruffs (bad enough that I was having difficulty reading the screen).
Using a search engine I came across a company called uk mobile store who had a product called Displex Display Polish which stated that it could remove the problem. Being very sceptical I read a few of the reviews which seemed to indicate the product would work so I thought (rather than buy a new phone) I would give it a try.
Within a day of ordering the product arrived and I put it to the test thinking at least that it had to improve the screen. To my amazement within about 10 mins polishing all the scruffs had disappeared and all that were left were a couple of small deeper scratches.
This product is amazing, my screen looks like new (apart from the two deeper scratches which Displex advise will be removed by continued polishing) - and I for one do not doubt what they state.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has similar problems with a scratched mobile screen.
I would also recommend the supplier uk mobile store who supplied the product very quickly and from the momement of purchase sent great communications advising me as to order placement and progress. This company have saved me a lot of time with well laid out advice, comments, and a really excellent delivery service - Thank you

I found this web site when searching for a new battery for my Blackberry. I needed one fast as my previous battery had died and could not be recharged, meaning I could only use my Blackberry when it was plugged into mains supply.
