Poor costumer service and no attempt at refunding me. They claim the parcel had not been returned yet and I am still waiting for a refund. This was over 2 months ago. This company is a fraud and I am glad that website like this exist to not only vent your frustration, but help others.
I ordered my item around the end of December and it arrived at the end of January, so a month later, with an additional charge of 12 pounds or so for import taxes. I declined the parcel, which was then sent back.
I contacted Vitasprings numerous times before the item arrived asking if it had been sent yet and why it is so delayed. They merely stated that due to Christmas it would be busy etc. Why did I pay for international express shipping and then have to wait over a month for it to be delivered? That is more than ridiculous.
Eventually, after nearly TWENTY!! emails I managed to persuade them to not charge me a 15% restocking fee and to refund my items. They decided that they would not refund me the postage, which was probably more than the items themselves. It's a big rip off!
I recently emailed them again, as I received a letter from DHL asking me to pay the import taxes which they covered. The response I got is that I will have to pay the restocking fee now. What a joke, I will not. It seems to be someone else responding to emails each time they write, without keeping any form of record of the complaint and without reading previous emails sent.

they can learn alot from a phone customer service class or two. argumentative and disruptive, i called to ask if they had something in stock before i purchased it online on their site. it was for a dollar so i ordered as many as i could for free shipping because if i didnt, shipping wouldve cost me 39 bucks. yeah, right. then my gut told me to call to see if they had that many in stock and he told me no, only after telling yes the day before. understood. but their site still let me attempt to order the product, so i gave him a heads up to help the runt out. he bugged out on me which made me want to go see him. literally, like buy a plane ticket and visit dude. they are manic, obnoxious, unprofessional asses who do not remember the code of business ethics. order at your own risk but i hope they stay in business just one more day just to get their store front mashed in by a mob of angry shoppers. ahhhhhhhhhh, much better. thanks for getting on my last nerve yuh blood clot bumba ras.
I always order vitamin supplements from other reliable companies but because the product I was looking for was not available, I "tried" Vitasprings. The ordering process was easy but 2 days later they sad they wanted more money because shipping is more. OK, I said, I paid the difference (Shouldn't be the order automated?). Then they never send the products -- and I asked for a refund. They said they refunded 1 day ago. But they did not refund. A total FRAUD.
I placed an order with VitaSprings.com as well, and had the same issue with no tracking # provided, and no responses to my emails. Within 1 week of me placing my order at VitaSprings.com, my credit card # was stolen online, and over $3,000 worth of charges were placed on my card.
Not sure if this was directly due to vitasprings.com, but the website's security looks suspect at best.
Further, 3 weeks later, my order still hasn't been processed. This website is a complete sham.
This company is a JOKE, they do not respond to your email. When you call them and asked them for an order status update or tracking #, all they said was "give me your contact # and i will call you back", yea right, never called or responded to my email regarding that.
Order was placed on 3/7/12, thought it will be shipped within 48 hours, that is BS because when I called on 3/12/12 morning trying to obtain a tracking #, they told me they will have to check with their shipping department and get back to me. Never got a call back from them. Then I called again on 3/12/12 afternoon, then this lady told me it should be ready to ship out today and I should get a tracking # via email on 3/13/12. When I checked my email on 3/13/12 morning, no email from them what so ever. Sent an email on 3/13/12 morning and call again on 3/13/12 morning, the lady told me they recieved my email and my order is currently processing but they will need to find out if the shipment has ship out to me or not or is it waiting to ship from the manufacturer and she said she will call back...never called back. Call again on the same day afternoon, spoke to this guy at the order status dept and he said no tracking # yet but will check with shipping dept and when i told him that "yea, you said that yesterday but never called, so i will wait and you can go check right now" and he just reply, the shipping dept. is currently out for lunch so he will have to call me back on this and when I kept on complaining about them, he just transfer me to this customer service which is no help either. Just told me "oh the shipment should be here and should be on the way to you, and I will email you the tracking # once i checked with the shipping dept" If the shipment was shipped, then where the hell is the tracking # then, BS....So I have my husband called again, and this guy just told my husband that he will give us a call ASAP...which still haven't got a call from them yet...
So stay away from them because they don't value your business and they just BS you all the way. The people who work there seems like they are train to say the same thing over and over again which is helpless and useless. I have learned from my experience that never ever will I order from them again and even if other places price are a bit higher I will still order from other e-commerce because VITA SPRINGS SUCK BIG TIME and they are very irresponsible to their customers.
The negative feedback on Vitasprings was pretty scary, but they promptly and accurately completed my order. Free ground shipping via FedEx SmartPost allowed me to track the order all the way to my doorstep. Domestic delivery in just over 1 week. Their low prices, when combined with their non-expiration coupons, were unbeatable. A real pleasant surprise!
Vitasprings cannot provide credible order information including order tracking information to its customer. While they do answer telephone and email queries the information rendered is useless so it appears they simply wish to collect payments without shipping the product ordered. Avoid this "company" .
Horrible customer service. This business reflects no professionalism at all. They refuse to call back in time and they refuse to answer vital shipping questions. It has been a MONTH since I placed my order and they still have not shipped it. They are trying to blame the shipping company for not providing a tracking number, but they are the ones who have not even shipped it out yet. Vitasprings should go down in the history books as one of the most comedic businesses this country has ever known.
Customer service was non-existent. I sent three customer inquiries asking for the status of my order (when it left the warehouse, tracking number, etc.) None of my questions were answered. After numerous inquiries, the only time I received a response was when I finally asked to cancel my order, which they wouldn't do.
Very rude. Impossible to track my order. Worst experience of online ordering ever.

I ordered from this company in the first week of January. I received a query on my credit card which I found strange and should have cancelled my order at that point. I answered the query and have been waiting since. I make contact with them yesterday. My order is being shipped today!!! What kind of service is this? A disgrace to their country, to the world that any company like this should be allowed to trade. I have since bought what I want from another company. I do not expect to receive anything from this company and if I do, it will take forever to get here. Very angry and would advise anyone with doubts NOT to order from this company.
I placed an order a month ago. It took a while and finally received an e-mail confirmation stating I would receive the package over a week ago. After I did not receive it, I saw that it made it to my town, but was sent back and then turned around again. VitaSprings response: "Don't worry. The package might get delivered to you within 1-3 days." Ridiculous. I still have yet to see it.
I placed an order of 3 bottles of fish oil on 8/27, have not yet received my shipment after 2 weeks. My emal inquiry was never returned. Finally got hold of someone in customer services who had no clue where my order was. Eventually someone called back to inform me that manufacture shipped them the wrong products and do I want to cancel the order all together since it won't arrive on time before my oversea trip. The customer service girl has a terrible attitude. Their manager hasn't yet returned my phone call. Unbelievable!
In this day and age it is very-very difficult to have a "sudden" inventory problem (barring losing your inventory due to theft, fire or something like that). In this day and age it is very-very unacceptable not to communicate promptly (email, baby... email) with your customers. That's what they have done and it is unacceptable (not to mention their now obvious incompetent pricing to begin with).
The statement "Will ship in 4-7 days" (sometimes in red to attract your attention) is prominently shown in the product page, in the checkout receipt, and in their confirmation email to you.
Then in six (6) days they sent me an email stating that "due to an unusually large response" they are out of stock and that the order will be either completed within 30 days (imagine this!) or it will automatically cancel. I emailed back asking to cancel immediately and went on ordering the supplement from another place. Yes, Vitasprings attracted me with a very good price, but given that, I ultimately was making my decision based on those "4-7 days" when placing my order with them; they effectively lied to me (and to many others, I am sure). I paid a bit more in a different store and got my order from them in 5 days, as promised.
I ordered some merchandise from Vitasprings on 12/13/2010. On 12/15/2010 I send them an email wanting to know the status of my order. I received a reply from them stating that they would be sending me the tracking number via email. I also called them on the same day and they said the order was ready and as soon as it was scanned by UPS they would send the info via email and leave a message on my phone. I finally received the tracking number today 12/21/2010 after 3 phone calls and the order had only been shipped today. They tried very hard to place the blame on me, but that was totally ineffective. They are a horrible company who has no idea what customer service means.
Company has a posted ship policy stating orders will be shipped 1-2 days, if items are not in stock they are deleted from order. After twenty days I emailed and called to find out where my order was. Response was that item was back ordered and my order was going out that day. It is day 23 and still no package. Totally unacceptable service and communication.
