Personal advice and good value
My new Scarpa boots arrived quickly and were a good price. Webtogs also gave me personal advice on approach shoes gien the Scarpa ones were out of stock.

Efficient, competitively priced and very helpful staff
Placed an order for a North Face backpack earlier today - opted for the free delivery so was initially informed order would arrive before 20th June, but I've already had confirmation of its dispatch - so it should now arrive in time for my boyfriend's birthday - with no delivery charges! And it was the cheapest price online I could find for the same bag.

Efficient and informative.
Whilst I returned the jacket I ordered as it wasn't exactly what I needed, the returns system and after-sales phone call was really efficient and helpful. Slightly disappointed by choice of cycle touring clothing.

Once I decided on the shoes I wanted it took a while to find a reliable source that had all the available size and colour options but Webtogs had everything and at a great price with free delivery. Ordering was straightforward and everything arrived as promised. Definitely on my list to use again.

One of my favourite my e commerce sites... Who says you can't have great customer service online.
Weblogs is always my first port of call if buying outdoor clothing. If they have the product in stock I'm after, I will buy from the store without hesitation. The site is easy to use with great product information. Delivery is always prompt/as specified and, although I am yet to use it, the returns process is meant to be very good. The people behind the site use the gear too, always a plus point in my view.

Placed my first order with Webtogs.Keen sandals arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately...had to return as too big. Really easy process ....ordered smaller size. Unfortunately hitch in delivery but I received a phone call immediately Webtogs realised a problem with supplier. Member of staff couldn't have been more helpful & phoned on a number of occasions to give me progress update. I now have my sandals. Very impressive customer care. Recommend company.
