I do find it rather sad that companies need to court opinions that can be used on websites etc in order to convince potential cutomers that they will receive good service. What happened to voting with your feet, if a retailler was giving poor service as a matter of course then surely customers would shop elsehwere and that retailler would cease to exist, and this should also deter any other retaillers form allowing their standards to slip,
So are these reviews really worhwhile and necessary?

I needed energy bars for a cycling holiday. They didn't arrive in time as they had to be sourced form the supplier first. If I had been informed of this while ordering I would have chosen a different product.
Usually Wiggle are spot on; it must be a busy period.
Obviously wiggle and crc are the big names in buying mt biking goods online in the uk. Both have an impressive selection of items and prices are good. Ive never had any issues with ordering from wiggle and ive been using them for over 10yrs now, usually placing a couple orders each yr. As far as im concerned, they deserve 5/5 on trust pilot or any other review site.
As I have just recently join a triathlon club, I have found purchasing the equipment I require easy using this on line shoping arrangement. So far, I am very pleased with the reviews left buy preious customers which rate the performance positive or other for the product.s road tested....well done
I love wiggle and use them whenever I need to purchase something to do with my bike whether it be clothing, accessories, or general upgrades. I just wish that they offer a finance option on their higher end bikes as I've been looking for a new model for over 12 months.
I ordered a couple of blue Schwalbe Lugano road tyres - these look and perform geat and the selection and delivery was quick and easy.
Never had any problems with wiggle and always competitively priced. Only gripe I have is that they don't have a customer service department you can call, emails always get answered overnight which can be slightly tedious.... Won't put me off shopping with them again.
I find Wiggle to be consistently excellent - and more so now they have free returns via Collect+.
However, I have experienced problems buying clothing. Wiggle give a size guide, but unfortunately manufacturers seem to have their own sizing standards. Often I have had to return XL items that would struggle to fit a beanpole.
Not Wiggle's fault, but perhaps they can give an indication of how product sizing might differ from their guidelines.

Love the free delivery over a certain amount makes a big difference for value. Any exchange has been handled fast and effectively. would recommend them to anyone and i do :-)
I placed an order to this company which I can only assume is now out of stock. I received a refund to my paypal account (which is not immediate) but I am yet to receive any explanation let alone a simple apology for not fulfilling my order. Very poor customer service. Will not be using again.
Wiggle have a well designed and continually evolving website. Their extensive range of products range from the exotic to their own in house 'no frills' brands and their return's policy is very straight forward.
I've purchased a number of items over the past 12 months from Wiggle..Every purchase has been hassle free. The website gives ample information on each product to allow you to make your decision, pricing is always very competitive and delivery is always fast.
All in all a great service from the team at Wiggle.
I have used wiggle for years but alas my last 2 orders were picked wrong which was a lot frustrating sadly things for me appear to be slipping which is a shame.
I found a lightweight peaked cap that fitted my requirements. The description was accurate and the accompanying reviews pertinent and well founded. I would not hesitate to use again.
I have been using Wiggle for several years and have not had a single issue with the service. Goods always arrive on time and it's very easy to return unsuitable/unwanted stuff eg I normally buy three pairs of each running shoe - half a size around my shoe size - and I never have a problem returning the two unwanted pairs, particularly with the free return label.
I have only had one item that failed (three successive Garmins that each failed after a few weeks) and Wiggle resolved the problem very much to my satisfaction.
I have just placed a couple of orders with wiggle for the first time ever. The track pump I ordered was free delivery and delivery within 2 days. I have just placed an order for tyres and they should arrive tomorrow according to royal mails tracking. This is probably the best service I have had from an online company and will certainly be returning.
Wiggle is always the first port of call for any of my cycle purchases. They offer a great range of products at competitive prices, and there customer service is second to none. Plus they usually leave a little bag of haribo in your box when you oder. Can't beat that.
I bought my husband some Oakley sunglasses - they are a great, stylish pair but the packaging looks like they've been returned possibly it certainly didn't look like it was just off the shelf they also smelt really strongly of tobacco -gross!
