The review is mostly for international customers. It goes without saying about quality/pricing - I was satisfied on it. The biggest problem is shipping to Russia, however the Yukka support shipped the purchase with Royal Mail and I got it full in 18 days, which is excellent result due to delays in our customs and post. Tracking number is also available. I'll definitely make more purchasing with Yukka

I have no qualms with the service.
Only thing would say is as you 'strive to offer the highest quality of service, a little automated mail service that updates you on the tracking of your order would be nice instead of the customer having to find out themselves. Ok so they are run by a bunch of rudeboys but that doesn't mean the service is anything less than 100% professional. I love Yukka and I have bought a few things off them and each time thay have been great even when I have needed to return stuff because I order the wrong size. great website and great service so thanks Yukka like I said...you rule!

Good quality product
NIce selection of products, reasonable price of overseas delivery, and good quality product when recieved. Only detail was Yukka have typed country as Sweden on parcel, instead of Denmark, resulted in some few days delay in delivery.

i ordered a pair of joggers and 2 teeshirts. after a few days one tee shirt and the joggers turned up. i phoned them and they politely informed me that the other tee shirt was out of stock and they would send it next week. next week has gone and i have still had no teeshirt delivered and no contact has been made to me. really happy with the two products i have received so far. but a little disappointed by the logistics and lack of customer service provided. i am happy to wait but it would be nice to be told that the stock has arrived and they have posted it out to me

Had an issue with the bogof not working online but one call and everything was sorted straight away. Parcel turned up one shirt short but they immediately shipped out the shortfall. What a pleasant change to write a complimentary review on customer service!
