Lots of older software available
Nice and easy to navigate, no fancy stuff to slow you down.
5 day delivery was fine, given the cost of the unit.
Also like the indep reviews on the site, from real customers!
Although I did read some negative reviews, I gave them a go and was very please.
Next day delivery would be a good option to have though.

Plain sailing
1 x Sony recorded order on the 18-4-13
Arrived 2 days later via recorded delivery at 8-00pm in the morning, my son wasn't very pleased!!
Everything worked well and my pre purchase questions got answered quickly.
The only negative was the packaging, I think more bubble wrap was required.
Will use these guys again.

BAD FOR ME
I ordered corel from this bunch. They took the money but delivered NOTHING.
I raised a complaint and still waiting for a reply.
I don't see where all the good stuff about them comes from.

The personal touch
I don't usually write review unless they are bad. This one is very positive especial to 2 members of staff. Not being very tech I ordered a piece of software that unfortunately wouldn't run on my old laptop. After a few emails back and forth I can up and asked if I could return the software at a discounted rate, as it was now open.
Steve asked me to return the software directly to him, which I did. About a week later after he had confirmed the serial wasn't used he issued a full refund, minus the delivery. Too many sites today just give you the impersonal but friendly approach. So the five stars are for the people who helped me out..

2nd purchase and still cheap
First item purchased arrive 1 day late. Didn't mind because it was the cheapest I could find.
2nd purchased arrived before the scheduled delivery, although the price wasn't the cheapest . All in all no com[plaints and will use again.

Terrible, amateurish, lack professionalism.
Terrible service. Their website has items as being in stock but obviously it isn't updated very often. My first order I tried to place was cancelled. Then tried to place the same order again, which this time worked. I've been waiting a week for the order to go through, but at time of writing they have sent nothing and failed to answer to any email correspondence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. it's obviously amateur hour at zoom4u.co.uk

Nice and Cheap
Been looking for what seemed months for the best price on Coreldraw and them spotted the review by witch magazine. Paid £200 for the open box unit and it arrived the following morning.
Great service and price, although what do I know....

Have taken my money but never delivered my goods.
On 20th December 2012 I ordered Microsoft Project online from the Zoom4u. I received prompt email confirming my order and issuing an order number. On my return to work after the Christmas break (2/1/13) I tried to contact them via email to ask where my purchase was and I had no reply. I then sent them a fax on 9th January 2013 and still I have not received a reply. I have now contacted my credit card company who are looking into this for me as the company took the payment from my credit card on 20th December 2012; the day I ordered. I am not happy with this company and will never use them again. This has made me very wary about ordering online from Companies that do not have a contact telephone number.

CorelDRAW X5, way too slow on Vista.
If you are still running Vista, this release is WAY too slow out of the box, so buy a previous version. It's perfectly speedy on Windows 7.
Other than that the software arrived within the time scale, even with the Christmas post. Very happy at the price..

Purchased Corel x6 with delivery 2-5 days. After 4 days I emailed customer services to check where my order was. Got the response within 20 mins with details from royalmail indicating they attempted delivery 2 days previous and left a calling card!!
Collected the software from the local sorting office, everything installed and works well.
I have read some comments about slow communications, I didn't experience this but at this time of year I think its acceptable.

Quick Delivery...Sony pcm D50
Ordered and Paid £9 for next day delivery, I did think this was a little expensive. The Recorder arrived at 9.20am the following day, so happy at the speed, just not the price. Excellent recorder, probably the least expensive audio recorder available capable of making professional quality recordings. I use it three ways -- either on it's own (using its' built-in microphones), with an external Sony ECM-MS957 stereo microphone, or with an external RODE NT4 stereo microphone. The only other thing that is slightly bothersome is the fact that, when using the tripod, you are limited to recording others. That is, if you want to be part of the recording -- this happens when I join in with some of the vocal groups I record, or if you are trying to record yourself playing an instrument -- you will not be able to see the VU meters. In these cases I always resort to an external microphone, which allows me to have proper mic placement while keeping the meters in sight.

Poor communication as in none, supposedly in-stock product still not arrived after 10 days, avoid at all costs!
Sadly this transaction has been very poor and still not completed. The product has still not been delivered some 10 days after the initial order, advertised as in stock so no excuses! There is no direct dial number to call so all comms are by email with a 48hr promise of a reply- poor! If my experience is anything to go by I can understand not wanting to talk to irate customers!! There will be many!

Acrobat X.... Ein Produkt der Superlative
Ich habe so manche PDF Programme gekauft und ausprobiert, aber mit Adobe X Professional habe ich ein Produkt gekauft, was kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Zugegeben, das Programm ist recht teuer aber jeden Euro wert. Auch wenn ich Privatanwender bin, habe ich mir das Programm gegönnt und möchte hiermit zum Ausdruck bringen, dass ich nie ein besseres Programm auf meinem Computer hatte. Auch die integrierte OCR Software weist kaum Fehler auf und ist auch sehr einfach zu bedienen. Das einzige, was ich bisher bereut habe ist: dass sich das Programm nicht schon viel früher gekauft habe.
Ich würde das Produkt immer wieder kaufen und kann das bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen

Artist Lurking Inside Me
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5
You get a lot of good stuff with this package, besides just the Graphics Suite. Lots of folks will appreciate the 10,000 clip art images, but I didn't need them, so I deleted them from my hard drive. I also didn't keep the 1,000 high res photos from iStockphoto. I do use a lot of professional photos, but I have an account with iStockphoto and so I didn't need any extras cluttering up my hard drive. HOwever the 1,000 OpenType fonts, those I kept and I'll most likely used them a lot.
The user guide is easy to understand and the video training that comes with the program is, I imagine, helpful, though I only looked at it for a second as I'm pretty familiar with graphics programs, so I just dove right in. CoralDRAW X5 was easy for me to understand, though I'm an old hand at both Freehand (Mac) and Illustrator (Mac and PC), so I didn't expect any problems and didn't get any. If you don't have those programs, then this could easily be a drawing program for you. Corel PHOTO-PAINT was also pretty easy for me to figure out, though I use their Painter program a lot and am a dedicated Photoshop user. Again, if you don't have those programs and they are are expensive, and if you don't have a need for all the tools at your hand in Photoshop, then this suite just might be for you. It's easy to figure out, but if you need help there is plenty there. All in all, I'd have to say this is a graphics suite that would suit just about everybody.

Coreldraw..Amazing product for me
I had Corel 8 and when I upgraded to Windows 7, could not get it to work. Ordered X5 Home and Student, hoping that it would not be limited to less than Corel 8, and was pleasantly suprised. All the functions which I used to use on 8 were available on X5 (mainly CorelDraw, and Photopaint). So far it works perfectly for me, and far cheaper than full X5.

mio avviso il programma risulta relativamente costoso così come gli aggiornamenti, peraltro tra una versione e la successiva non ho mai riscontrato differenze tali da giustificare il costo dell'upgrade e difatti sono passato dalla versione 4 addirittura alla 10 e solo per il prezzo estremamente conveniente al quale Amazon lo offriva. Altro aspetto negativo risulta il non aver previsto una versione a 64 bit.
Una cosa estremamente positiva risulta il fatto di poter utilizzare il seriale del prodotto in lingua inglese per attivare la versione in lingua italiana.
Il prodotto risulta piuttosto facile da utilizzare ed offre numerose funzioni per il ritocco fotografico.

Horrific client service and support. Order never delivered.
I ordered Corel Painter in the middle of August and it's almost October now and I still did not get it delivered. I had to chase Client Services several times in a row to get some sort of response and still did not get my order delivered.
Never using Zoom4u ever again.

Adobe Acrobat X Professional
I only need a fraction of the features but what I have used has been very easy. I have now used it to create pdfs and create pdf forms. It turned out that I needed some other adobe packages to edit an indesign file that someone had passed on to me to edit but I was able to download a 30 day free trial and it worked perfectly with this. It is rather expensive considering my modest needs. The features that I am not using seem to be focused on managing large groups of pdfs in portfolios and enabling multi-user review and mark-ups. After trying to use the Google checkout, I gave up after 2 attempts. Just pay by credit card, its much less fuss.....Delivery arrived in 3 days, well packaged and in good condition.

Photoshop..I wish it didn't cost so much
I wish it didn't cost so much, but the product serves its purpose for myself & my clients. I had the trial version and became addicted to its ability to manipulate all of the file types I need to use as an amateur photogrpher. This version is so feature laden that it was worth it to quit upgrading the lower cost Photoshop Elements which always was just short of what I needed or wanted and bite the bullet and lay out the big bucks for this overpriced but excellent software. CS6 is the best no doubt so I guess they can get by with the outrageous price. Still getting used to the convoluted help that Adobe provides is another challlenge. Anything that is not understood in the program always involves an hour or two navigating this help, weeding outh the extraneous suggested help etc.

Photoshop CS6
I'm a little behind on the latest software -- the last time I tried Photoshop was 4.0, and I gave up in favor of Paint Shop Pro because the learning curve on Photoshop was too high for my occasional use.
This time around, it's much easier to use and fast, even on my older XP machine. So, I'm glad I finally took the plunge. Acrobat also working smoothly. I haven't used the other programs yet.
The price here was very good and my emails got answered within 2 hrs. I wish they had next day delivery, although I received my order within the stated time and it was free. Yes I will use again...

Best price around, I was expecting to wait for a week or so for delivery.
2 days later it turned up in the post. I was up and running in about 10 mins and for me thats good.. This is my third purchase from these guys and they also seem good on price.

Smooth transaction all the way
Great price and great backup. Not the cheapest every time, but always a fair price. Delivery to my house in Spain only took 3 days, that's good when you deal with the French postal system. Upgraded from web premium 5 to 5.5 without any problems.

I bought this software from here because it was one of the cheapest and I am taking a graphic design class in college but I am only using the Illustrator and Dreamweaver software and I am not proficient in the other software's whatsoever. I got the Microsoft version but use the Mac version while in class. It seems to be about the same as in class however, this software crashes on my computer much more than it does on the schools Mac

Very cost effective
The website is easy to use, the service is alway good with very good prices, cheaper than the highstreet, which I like.
