I dont think the site was designed for the items I wanted to buy

I was after a pretty specific product* which I think CoreRFID are not used to catering for but with NFC being put into more and more phones I'm sure demand will increase especially when Apple get in on the game with the iPhone 5

Apart from that the customer service was really good and I returned the product without any quibble. I still haven't been notified about the refund yet which after ~3 weeks you would expect

* I was after NFC tags for use with android phones, specifically the latest Google flagship phone the Samsung Galaxy Nexus which was released with faulty software for NFC tag writing

Well, we're sorry that it seemed like we weren't catering for your needs; we certainly aim to and I wish we'd been able to let you know the cause of the problem (apparently a know fault with the Samsung Galaxy)sooner. NFC is certainly going to be big and we want to meet the demand for NFC products from our customers. I'm sorry about your refund - I understand that has now been fixed.
