We picked up our car from Gold Car at Gran Canaria airport easily and quickly. Unfortunately although we were told it was full of petrol the tank was only one quarter full. We returned to the office immediately and a staff member agreed to make an immediate refund to the credit card. Despite asking for confirmation of this at the office on returning the car 7 days later this could not be confirmed and we were advised to phone and discuss. However on return home the credit card was checked and the money had been refunded. The car was clean and servicable and the return process was quick also.
