Great until you need help
I loved Skype, easy to use and keeps costs down.
Then when I needed some assistance (they over billed me) it took an age to solve.

I bought a pair of shades having been tempted by a deal of the day site.
The deal made the purchase reasonable in terms of cost.
Everything else about the purchase was neat, smooth and quick.
I liked the fact that they used UPS delivery with tracking.

Delivery always takes an age
I've ordered three times from TheHut over the last year and each time it has taken far too long to arrive.
They have some cheap gear but its ruined by their awful follow up.
