We've shopped three lamps (Artichoke, Sarfatti Chandelier, Charlottenborg Lamp) late November in the London showroom. We've ordered furniture online before and had mixed experiences with the actual product quality so we were quite happy to be able to see and verify the actual product quality before hand. The lamps arrived earler than expected - unfortunatly one lamp was the wrong one - but this wasn't an issue at all for interioraddict - they shipped the correct one right away and picked up the incorrect one via UPS the same day so the whole turnaround to Frankfurt Germany took one week. Communication during this process was very professional and smooth. In the meantime, I have also been able to procure spare parts for an EA219 chair (which I originally picked up from another company on ebay) at a very reasonable price via interioraddict. I will definatley buy again with this company.
