Disappointing!

I ordered a hip flask for a 21st birthday present. 8 days later it still hadn't arrived, so I phoned to ask if it was on it's way, as i really needed it to arrive no later than the next day. I was then informed that I'd been sent an email, just half an hour before my phone call, to say it was out of stock and that I could choose another one!! Needless to say I cancelled the order, then ran to the shops to buy an alternative present!

If an item a customer orders is out of stock we will let customers know as soon as possible, unfortunately we were let down by our suppliers and we let the customer know as soon as we knew.
