Let me down when it mattered most

I have just returned from work to find the gift I ordered for £85 has not been delivered. I ordered it last Sunday for my Godson's Christening this Sunday, and paid extra for the 48hr 'express service' to be doubly sure. I phoned on the Thurs (72 working hours later) to be told sorry, but it had been dispatached and would definately be with me Friday. Here I am on Friday evening, no one answering the phone, office not open again until Monday, and Godson with no Christening present. Thank you very much for this dire service!
