I urge anyone not to use this company. If you can find another company then use them. Before you use Parcel 2 Go realise 2 things, that they don't display a phone number or an email address to contact them on their website. I have on average spent £1,200 a month with parcel 2 Go. Of the bookings I have done, on many occasions the courier would not turn up. So Parcel 2 Go would agree to send me a refund. They would email me a confirmation email to say that the refund is being processed, and then when i ask for proof, and then they can't provide proof. They will then ask you to email the refunds department and you won't hear from them. They must at least owe me about £300. I am compiling a dossier of all the communications, emails, chat records etc, so I can either report this to trading standards. The thing is with Parcel 2 Go you are powerless. Most people like me use them because they are convenient. But we are all stupid for using them.
