Outstanding product with service to match

I am a Chief Exec not an IT professional. In my previous company we made sure we benefitted from all the share/collaboration features of an Exchange environment but obviously I didn’t need to know how it all worked! Moving to a smaller organisation recently I wanted the same benefits but without the all the overheads of setting up and maintaining our own systems. That's when we came across Giacom and the rest as they say is history. Their product simply does what is says on the tin - and actually quite a bit more. The installation has been incredibly straightforward and pain-free and the help when we needed it in the first few days has been superb - really friendly knowledgeable people who I felt were as committed to our business as their own. Seriously, you don’t get that often these days. And all this for an extremely keen price. So if you're thinking of taking the plunge with a cloud based system I would say it’s a no-brainer - I wish I'd come across these people a lot sooner.
