good, happy with my downloads...would like a system to make request for TV shows that we don't get in Australia, instead of being told that Itunes can't help with the TV show in question...even though they are on the discovery channel
I purchased a laptop, printer and other accessories over the phone.
I live in Australia and made my purchase here, however the purchase was registered as being made in Japan. I purchased extra tech support but in order to access this help I had to quote the number on my machines. i couldn't get help from customer service or tech support, because according to Dell my machine didn't exist. I spent many hour My warranty was almost up when they finally solved the problem after many, many hours over the phone and hundreds of dollars in mobile phone calls. I got my machine working but couldn't get the printer to network, my tech support had expired and I couldn't get further help. The tech support people were inept...hopeless really. The guy who sold the system over the phone was very pushy and kept trying to up sell.
I have since bought an Apple Mac Air. I have been very satisfied with the Apple product and was able to get all the help I needed....I will never buy online from Dell, recommend there products. I felt I was driven to Apple buy the terrible customer service and Awful tech support
