Stock management issues

I recently purchased a number of items from OCUK. Their prices are OK and their website is good too - in fact I would have given them 5 stars if it hadn't been for one issue.

One of the items I had ordered - a PC component - showed on their website as being 'in stock'. I ordered and paid etc but the next day got an email telling me the item was in fact out of stock and the website had allowed me to order it as a result of an error.

I called their customer service number and had to wait about 5 minutes to speak to someone. Once I got through they were helpful and refunded the item so I could go buy it elsewhere - but the call cost me over £3!
