Good, altogether, but one complaint. We were asked to change buses at Park Lane. The Big Bus guide told me to get on the bus ahead, which I did. But it turned out to be a Red Route bus, not a Blue. Nobody told me I needed a Blue Bus to get back to my starting point, Gloucester Road. And my timing was critical. Basically the transfer handling and explanation was inadequate and unfriendly. The driver of the Red Bus explained the situation and was very helpful. He told me to give the admin staff a hornet in the ear because they just stood around all day gassing . I had to take an ordinary bus to get me back to Gloucester Road in time for my next appointment. I was pissed off.
