Disappointed

I found a pair of Thomas the Tank Engine sneakers which were prefect, my son loves Thomas and is having his 2nd birthday party March 4th .. Thomas themed.. So i purchased them Feb 21st, had them shipped Royal First Class Mail (which says Normally 1-2 Working Days) it has been way longer. I have emailed on the Feb 20 and have got no response and also have tried to call the number provided and says that it is not in service. I would like to know whats going on. They have been payed for and will be extremely upset if they don't arrive for the party.
