Just as poor as every other courier

Sender supplied me with a tracking number which according to DPD's website was due to be delivered on the 31st January, checked the tracking details this morning and it still hadn't moved, rang the local depot, no answer, spoke to someone at DPD who told me it's a bank holiday, her manager reckoned it was "Hogmanay" which isn't applicable to Northern Ireland, it's a Scottish thing and it's not a bank holiday there either! So, thanks for nothing DPD, you've cost me a days holiday.

Never had a problem

I've used Paypal for many years and not once have I ever experienced a problem with them when either buying or selling. Sometimes I've had to ring them over the years to fix a cockup I've made and they've always been very helpful and professional.

Great prices but awful service

Placed a couple of orders in the past and waited more than 2 months for delivery, decided to spend a bit more and go for the EMS postage option in the hope I'd get my items a bit quicker but 3 weeks on and my order still hasn't left the far east! Their customer service is awful, you can't ring, the online chat rarely connects to an operator and if you do end up getting somebody all you'll get is canned replies. The only upside is that I paid via Paypal and can raise a claim to get my money back.

Would need written instructions to differentiate their rear end from a hole in the ground.

My first order with Dolphin didn't go well ... firstly despite 1 of the items being listed as in stock it was actually out of stock, they then decided to ship my entire order to a dolphin store in Bristol instead of me, they then sent an item to us we didn't order and when the actual order did turn up half of it was missing! It's the first and last time I'll use these clowns.

Lenovo

Slow delivery and hardware not up to scratch

I wanted a Lenovo thinkpad for my wife as I assumed the quality would up to the same standard as when IBM manufactured them, after waiting 3 weeks it eventually turned up and I'm very disappointed. It feels like they've managed to find the cheapest plastic available to build it from and don't get me started on the endless bundle of crap they preinstall for you which took over an hour to remove. The screen quality is also woeful and it can't compare with even the cheapest Dell (which I wish I'd bought now instead, same price and delivery within a couple of days).

Orange

Rubbish reception, rubbish site and terrible staff

The local coverage through Orange where I live is awful, it doesn't get much better anywhere else in Northern Ireland. The orange web site has endless security certificate errors and for weeks nobody was able to access their online accounts and as for the staff, it's more proof that outsourcing doesn't work. One day I actually managed to get through to somebody in an English call centre who openly told me that their overseas staff could speak to and deal with customers however they pleased without any recourse, I'd like to not believe that but after being lied to 3 times about the delivery of a replacement handset unfortunately it proved to be true.

They seem to hold more stock than most of the other RC suppliers and I was pleasantly surprised to get an order to Northern Ireland the next day. Will definitely use again.

Refund policy is attrocious

Cancelled an order before it'd even been processed and was told it'd take 30 days to receive a refund, ridiculous and enough to put me off ever buying here again.
