Terrible, terrible, terrible
Item ordered before christmas, not delivered it quoted time. item was lost by courier (apparently) however they would not sent a replacement as the case was still open????? resent the item 5 weeks later. avoid them at all costs

The sell items from lots of companies so you get charged lots of shipping when buying mulitple items
Professional Building Supplies
Items missing they refused to replace.
some large orders placed there were items missing with both orders. Called regarding the first order, they said it was not possible for items to be missing as they double check all shipments. (not true) The second; they had clearly sent the wrong items which they replaced however when we called regarding items missing they refused to send the missing items. Avoid professional Building Supplies at all costs. They cannot be trusted to either get the orders correct or send missing items. Other companies offer a better service. Terrible. (They have since missed orders worth £4250)

Whilst we always endeavour to deal with any shortages or damages quickly and with a minimum of fuss, we were unable to accept responsibility on this occasion due to the amount of time that the goods had been on site.
