I like medical animal and like the free postage, but I feel the items could be delivered faster.

Please note that we operate a standard delivery time of 3-5 working days, and your parcel arrived within this time frame.

The majority of our orders reach the customer in around 3 working days, but we are sometimes forced to extend to the full 5 working days. This discounts the whole weekend, as couriers do not deliver then.
