After a long wait (about an hour) to get served I was allocated a car that had been through the wars, all battered and not particularly clean. I did not get any paperwork to show the condition of the car, to be fair to record the dents and scratches would have run to several pages. I was informed that the only way the company deals with fuel is a 'full empy' policy - i.e they charge you for a full tank of petrol before letting you have the keys. Becuse I was not very well I did not use the car as much as I might have done, so returned it with three quarters of a tank of petrol. I asked for a refund and was refused point blank!
