I ordered a MP3 player on 1/12/11 as a christmas gift. By the time christmas had arrived the MP3 player had not. This did not bother me as at this time of year I know the post it busy. So I waited till the first week of januray logged on to the website it said the item had been dispatced. under my order detials there was a option to contact customer servies on their website. So l sent a message saying I had not recived the MP3 player on pixmania's website. I recived no response via email however I did get spam email daily. Then on the 9/2/12 I had a day off work so I rang up. I was told on the phone it could be still in the dispach centre. Again I waited and recived nothing. So l rang back today to be told we will look in to it and i would hear from them within 24 hours. I recived a email saying they have a strict 1 month report policy. And it should have been reported long before 9/2/12 the day l rang them . However it was reported in the first week of january on their website contact form. I rang back and told them this I was told to prove l sent the email. But how could l it was contact form on the pixmania website. So because I cannot prove I contacted them on their website I cannot get a refund of MP3 player . also today l had a look at the original order email and its attached PDF file witch mentions nothing about the 1 month report policy. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN AND I ADVISE YOU NOT TO.
