I ordered a product based on the information on Føniks website that the product is in stock and will be devivered in 1-3 days. When ontacted the customer service after a couple of days I got the information that they dont have the product and have ordered it. I asked about the information on their wesite and the executive gave me some lame excuse as though it was their normal process and I did something wrong.
Atlast I recieved my product yesterday and to my fury I found that they have shipped the product just by putting a sticker on the original company packing and it was torn off like it was pulled off from the back of a truck rather than carrying in it. I had no option other than to accept it since I was in bit of a deadline. Well now I look like a cheap guy who gave a second hand product.
My advice to you: Shop from some place that is more credible and have a good reputation. Dont make the same mistake I did just to save a few bucks and if you are on a deadline dont even think abour it.
