focalprice.com

Never, EVER again.

I must be shopping at a totally different Focalprice.com than most of the people who reviewed it here because Focalprice is a total disgrace.

I ordered something from there 16 days ago, according to thier site, it shipped 15 days ago. I cannot track it, they ignore my EVERY email and attempt to get hold of them.

I have attempted to track my order every day and their site just says that my item cannot be found. I have lost all patience dealing with them and I regret ever going to thier website. They have horrible customer service, as they will ignore you completely, and I'm pretty sure they stole ~$100 from me and will get away with it.

I implore any and everyone who is thinking about shopping here to rethink that completely. Stay away from focalprice!
