Would you please be so kind to explain what you mean by "braking terms of delivery"? Products were sent to you separately because they were not all in stock at the time you placed the order, so the ones that were in stock were shipped immediately, and the ones that were not in stock were sent as soon as they got back in stock. You got regular updates by email about the expected delivery time for every product you ordered, every Monday and Wednesday. The products you claim not to have received from the order you mention (1602446) were sent to you again, and then you did receive them. They were resent by Danish post, with a tracking number and you did not have to pay anything extra for that. This has proven to be the only safe way for you to receive orders, because from all the previous orders you have made with us, parts of them do not seem to get delivered to you (with First Class Mail and with UPS - the two shipping methods we normally offer on our website).
