very good but not quite good enough for 5*

Have been an o2 customer for years so I had no problem recommending them to my mother for a mifi unit that she wanted only to find later that staff in the romford shop ignored her totally and spent all their time flogging her home broadband to meet their targets. Any company that ignores their customers doesn't deserve 5*s, does it?

Sky! Where is sky go for android? I don't have an ipad or a HTC. I have better but you bunch seem to be dazzled by apple, either that or worse.. cartels are illegal, sky. You're losing goodwill and we're losing patience.
