I am a huge fan of Amazon, it's a shame that some of the Marketplace sellers don't have the same high standards, but at least you can resolve any issues through Amazon.
I have nothing but positive feedback while I was a customer but as soon as I moved house and wanted to transfer my package the service was terrible.
You just can't fault John Lewis, their customer service is amazing especially if the online shopping goes a little crazy on you, the chaps on the phones are wonderful.
I'm obviously hoping that I won't have to actually use your services, i.e. that I won't lose my phone or it won't get stolen. So far the online set-up for getting the insurance was so simple and straight forward, the documents have all arrived, the tagbak is in place and activated, and there's nothing more to report!
