Hi Collette, we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the service. I would like to answer your points separately:
1 - We used the address you supplied and somehow our carrier had trouble finding it. We did our best to resolve the situation by contacting you to find a valid phone number to pass on to the carrier and I understand you did receive your package within a week of ordering it from the UK to France.
2 - Everything we sell is UK specification, this is clear from our website and should be taken into account when ordering cross border.
