Yodel

One star is too many !

With a good website and a press office, it's easy to be taken in by Yodel. My own experience is just as bad as that reported by most reviewers. The problem is that usually one does not know which companies use Yodel and so it's difficult to avoid them. I know Currys use them, I believe Amazon sometimes does (although Amazon is generally an excellent company). Maybe other reviewers would name the companies concerned.
