I cannot fault Amazon for books or other items. If you have a problem they sort it out willingly and pleasantly.

Disappointed, feel let down with the info given
I contacted Adband and explained that we wanted 3,000 wrist bands to indentify people who would have access to 5 exhibitions over 9 days. We wanted people to be able to come and go as many times as they wished to any or all of the exhibitions. I explained that the wrist bands would stay on for up to 9 days and I did not want people to be able to take them off and pass them to a friend.
The bands have arrived and you can easily put them on and take them off.
I contacted Adband to tell them and to order new bands that would fulfil these requirements. They are sending samples. The way they show their prices is confusing as they say that the price is from ??? and actually that is for 15,000 bands. The first bands were very close to the quoted amount but the new bands are being quoted as very much more than the advertised price for 15,000. I still need 3,000 bands.
They are not prepared to give anything back if I return the 3,000 we have received - which are not personalised.
I felt that they were taking no responsibity for the fact that we have misordered and need to reorder.

Thank you for your review, I’m sorry that the product you requested & ordered didn’t fulfil the requirements for your event. I understand that Laura has called you this morning regarding a solution. I do appreciate that 'from ???' could be confusing, we are in the process of upgrading our website and this will eliminate the problem.
