I ordered 2 computer componants on the 10th and had the free delivery as the price from the store appears to be the cheapest though the delivery is 10-12 working days thats crazy, i got stuff from china on ebay faster, last day for delivery was today and still nothing hopefully will get them soon. The last 2 weeks its been on awaiting fulfillment on there website, but has changed today to partially allocated. i just wish it was dispatched...

so eventually i received the processor i order though without the motherboard as it was out of stock though the website says otherwise. The man on the phone said i could wait until one come in stock or have a refund so i went for the refund and got the same mobo from amazon <3.
They said refund would take upto 28 days yet its been 3 months and i don't think i have recieved it sent them an email hopefully it gets sorted.
just to update, i never got a refund as they said they had changed creditors and i would need to do a chargeback, which they have delayed in responding to me for so long that the bank is unable to complete a chargeback as there is a deadline that it has to be completed by the order date, i feel robbed theres no other way to describe it
