Returned an electric kettle to Argos today, 2 days before the 3 year guarantee ran out. Kettle replaced without question.

Excellent service and good value for money.
Ordered a Bosch steam generator/iron. It was the cheapest I could find on the internet. The communications were first class and it was delivered exactly at the time specified in an email!
