Thank you for your review. You ordered a frame on the 8th of May, and your order is ready today (22 May) for delivery by UPS (which means you should receive it tomorrow). This is exactly 10 working days, which is the time we state on our website that framing takes. Sometimes, we are able to complete orders within 10 working days, but we are currently experiencing a very busy period. You will find that our turnaround is extremely competitive, as our frames are all hand-made and bespoke to your print, which involves a lot of labour. We hope that once you receive your order tomorrow you will be happy with the quality and it will have been worth the wait.
